USTA/MIDWEST LEVEL 3 TOURNAMENT This tournament has USTA/Midwest Level 3 points, and will have a 64-Player FIC.

Selection and Seeding
This tournament is a complete Universal Tennis Rating (UTR). Player selection and seeding will be done completely by UTR.

Scoring:
The Singles Main Draw will play a full 2 out of 3 sets. The consolation will play 2 out of 3 sets with a 10-point tie-break in lieu of a 3rd set.

Tournament Hotel:
Western Tennis & Fitness Club is located on the West side of Cincinnati. The closest hotel is the Holiday Inn Express on Rybolt Road. They have given us a tournament hotel rate of $99.00 plus tax. 513-574-6000. The club is only about 15 minutes from downtown Cincinnati if you want to stay in the city.

Practice/Warm-up Courts:
Western Tennis & Fitness Club will be offering a limited amount of Practice Courts on Friday night, Full court for an hour for the reduced rate of $20 per hour. Warm-Up Courts start Saturday and go through Monday and are on a Half Hour basis only and are limited. You must prepay with a credit card
ADDITIONAL PRACTICE COURTS
You will have to call individual clubs if you cannot find a court at Western. Five Seasons Northern KY, 345 Thomas More Pky, (859)341-8201, will have practice courts available on Saturday and Sunday morning , regular rates apply. Please mention the G12 Midwest

If you do not provide an email address and/or cell number(s) when you register for this tournament, then we will not be able to notify you about any possible changes in the tournament.

Awards:
Trophies will be given to the following players: Champion, Finalist, 3rd & 4th place, and winner and runner up of the Gold Division.. In addition, a Sportsmanship trophy will be awarded.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
