OPTIONAL EARLY CHECK IN FOR PLAYERS ARRIVING IN INDY ON FRIDAY 7/10 4pm -7pm
THE TENNIS HOUSE AT NORTH CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL (1805 E 86TH STREET 46240) WILL BE OPEN FOR OPTIONAL EARLY CHECK-IN 0N FRIDAY 4-7 PM IN THE UPSTAIRS TOURNAMENT DESK AREA
YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR MATCH CARD, SHIRT AND MAP TO SITES IF NEEDED. SHIRTS WILL BE GIVEN OUT ONLY AT THE MAIN SITE BY SHOWING YOUR MATCH CARD, ANYTIME DURING THE TOURNAMENT..
IF YOU DO NOT CHECK IN ON FRIDAY 4-7 PM, YOU CAN CHECK IN AT YOUR PLAYING SITE AT LEAST 20 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST MATCH.
ENTRY FEES FOR PLAYERS WHO OWE FOR SINGLES AND/OR DOUBLES WILL BE COLLECTED FRIDAY AT EARLY CHECK-IN OR AT THE SITES ON SATURDAY BEFORE YOUR FIRST MATCH GOES ON COURT.
$80 INCLUDES SINGLES AND DOUBLES. THE DOUBLES ONLY FEE IS $20.
CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS ARE TO BE MADE OUT TO "TOURNAMENT TENNIS" . WE WILL ALSO TAKE CASH. WE CANNOT TAKE ANY CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS AT THE TOURNAMENT SITES OR THE MAIN SITE
SHIRTS WILL BE GIVEN OUT ONLY AT THE MAIN SITE ANYTIME DURING THE TOURNAMENT.

Main Playing site (NCHS) - All sites are on the northeast corner of Indy inside and outside the circular intestate I-465.
30 cts at North Central High School (NCHS); 1805 E. 86th St.; Indianapolis, IN 46240. (NCHS)
Secondary Playing sites -
Park Tudor School (PartkT) 7200 N. College Ave 46040 (enter sports area from 71st St.) 12 cts Saturday and Sunday.(2 miles SW of NCHS)
Carmel High School (CHS) - 2440 E Smokey Row Rd. Carmel, IN 46032 14 cts Saturday and Sunday. (6 miles NNE of NCHS)
Noblesville Freshman Center (NFC) - 1625 Field Drive; Noblesville IN 46060 12 cts Saturday and Sunday.(18 miles NE of NCHS)

Practice site: Eastwood Middle School 4401 E. 62nd St. Indy. 6cts (6 miles SE of NCHS)
Order of play: (Tentative)
Saturday 7/11 -Singles - round of 64 and 32 and FIC round of 32 singles and two rounds of doubles.
Sunday 7/12 - Singles - round of 16 and quarters and two rounds of FIC and two rounds of doubles.
Monday 7/13 - Singles: semis, finals and 3rd place playoff and two rounds of FIC (FIC stops after two rounds on Monday.) and 1or 2 rounds of doubles, if needed.

SELECTION OF PLAYERS:

Limit 64 singles players in the draw for B 18, B 16, G 16, G18: Midwest section office will handle selections and seeds. Alternates will not be charged. and not be selected to play doubles and will receive an email from usta indicating " not selected to play doubles.
Selected singles players must enter doubles by (1. registering on line by the singles deadline. (Your partner must also register on line with you as his partner.)
If BOTH you and your partner do not BOTH register on line before the singles deadline, BOTH PLAYERS MUST enter doubles by emailing BOTH names, usta #s and gender and age division you wish to enter to swakefield.indy@comcast.net prior to the doubles deadline midnight 7/6/2015. PLAYERS ENTERED ON LINE WITHOUT A PARTNER WILL NOT BE ENTERED IN DOUBLES.
Players not selected in singles but listed as alternates in the singles events may enter doubles by emailing BOTH names, usta #s and gender and age division you wish to enter to swakefield.indy@comcast.net prior to the doubles deadline midnight 7/6/2015. PLAYERS ENTERED ONLINE WITHOUT A PARTNER WILL NOT BE ENTERED IN DOUBLES.
Alternates not playing in the singles draw will be able to play doubles if doubles draws have not reached 32 teams by emailing names, usta #s and gender and age division to swakefield.indy@comcast.net prior to the doubles deadline, midnight 7/6/2015.
(example - John Smith usta # 0000000 -James Jones usta #9999999 would like to enter B16 doubles in the level 3 tournament in Indy 7/11-13,2015 (doubles entry fee is $20 per player if not in the singles draw.). Singles players in the draw will have no extra fee for doubles.

FORMAT.
ALL SINGLES MATCHES ARE REGULAR SCORING WITH 2 TIEBREAK SETS AND A MATCH TIE BREAK INSTEAD OF A FULL THIRD SET.
DOUBLES FORMAT IS AN 8 GAME PROSET WITH A SET TIEBREAK AT 8-8.
****Single consolation will not finish.
Three new Wilson US Open HD tennis balls will be used for each match..

Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) Pilot – Player Selection &Seeding
The USTA/Midwest Section Junior Pathway Committee has approved a pilot program in which the Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) system will be used in combination with the Points Per Round standings system. The goal of the pilot program is to identify if the new system will ensure that top-level players will be selected for specific Midwest junior tournaments.UTR will be used for a portion of the player selection and seeding for this and other events. NO HOST HOTELS FOR THE TOURNAMENT.
MOST HOTELS IN THE AREA HAVE BEEN RESERVED FOR A LARGE SPORTS EVENT IN WESTFIELD, IN.
MANY HOTELS WILL OPEN UP AFTER THERE CUT OFF FOR THAT EVENT IF NOT PICKED UP.
HOTELS AT KEYSTONE AT THE CROSSING AREA AND CASTLETON AREA AND ON the NORTH MERIDIAN Street(US 31) and the I-69 CORRIDOR (near 96th Street to 126 Street ARE CENTALLY LOCATED TO ALL PLAYING SITES.
