As of 10pm FRIDAY evening, there have been several players that have withdrawn (including seeds) and replaced by alternates. We are respectfully asking players to check the draws before their first matches on SATURDAY as there are possibilities that your opponents have changed or your match time has changed in the event a seed withdrew from your division.

PRACTICE COURTS
On SATURDAY, most of the tournament sites will have practice courts available around 7-715am before the first matches go out. For off-site practice courts, players can try the Trails Racquet Club in Ormond Beach - 386-677-8081 (court fees may apply).

Florida Residency Requirements for this Tournament
Players and their parents are required to be permanent residents of Florida in order to be eligible for this level tournament. Paperwork (as per the link) proving the parents and player are permanent residents must be RECEIVED in the USTA Florida office and APPROVED three weeks from the start date of the Level 3, 4, or 5 tournament, Players wishing to check their approval can check the Tentative Ranking list published approximately 16 days before the start of the tournament.

Hotel Accommodations
Hammock Beach Resort has a limited block of rooms set aside for players. Please call (877) 834-8862 and reference "USTA Level 4".

Players finishing #1 or #2 in the main draw 12s, 14s, and 16s of a 3, 4, or 5 will be eligible for an automatic entry into the next scheduled Level 3, 4, or 5 in the next higher age division. The automatic entry must be in the month directly following the tournament where the player reached the finals. If a player reaches the final in February, the automatic entry can ONLY be in March. For example; Player finishes #2 in the February L5 14S, They would be eligible for automatic entry into the March 16s Level 4. The player must enter through Tennis Link and be registered before the deadline to be eligible. Player is also responsible for informing the tournament director of their intent. Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, November 20, 2016 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
