Weather Update-Saturday 10 P.M.
The front has stayed over Jackson longer than expected and may be here until late tonight. We plan to be at RTC to squigee courts first thing in the morning. If you have an 8:30 or 9:00 match and want to get started on time, come grab a squigee in the morning! Will plan to update in the morning if there are significant delays. Thanks!

Match Times for Sunday at Ridgeland Tennis Center
Match times for Sunday morning are posted. Note that we will be playing at Ridgeland Tennis Center due to the fact that the clay courts will likely not be playable with the amount of rain that is expected tomorrow. Shortened format(4 game sets with tiebreak at 4-4) will be used for Sunday's matches and we'll plan to finish all singles draws first. Doubles may be scheduled in the late afternoon for those that choose to participate. Thanks for your patience and will look forward to seeing everyone on Sunday. WEATHER UPDATE AND RAIN PLAN
The forecast currently shows that a front will move through on Friday evening and be gone by Saturday night. I'm planning to play a round of matches for a few of the larger divisions(B-18s, B16s, G12, and G18s) on Friday at 4:30 if the rain holds! All other first round matches will be scheduled for Sunday morning as early as 9:00 a.m. Shortened sets would be used and we should be able to play all singles divisions on Sunday. Feel free to email me at justynschelver@hotmail.com if you have any questions. We may choose to use satellite facilities and play matches on hard courts on Sunday. Thanks!

Amenities
All players will receive a tournament t-shirt. Bagels, pastries, fruit and gatorade will be provided for all participants.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, November 4, 2015 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
