Notes

Up to a total of $22,500 in Prize money will be awarded. Prize money will be awarded in the Mens and Womens Open based on the number of entries and is subject to tournament discretion. Qualifying rounds for both Men's and Women's Open Singles will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2015, at the Ojai Valley Athletic Club, 409 Fox St., Ojai (805-646-7213). ALL PLAYERS SHOULD SUBMIT RECENT AND PAST TOURNAMENT INFORMATION WITH ENTRY TO GIVE SELECTION COMMITTEE ACCURATE INFORMATION FOR SEEDING AND ENTRY INTO MAIN DRAW.
In connection with on-line entry, each player must sign a WAIVER OF RESPONSIBILITY FORM, which will be sent via email following each entry.

DRAWS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE FOR ANY COGENT REASON. IT IS PLAYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK DRAWS AND TIMES ONLINE UP TO MATCH TIME.

All Qualifying rounds will be two (2) sets with a Match Tie Break if necessary in lieu of a third (3rd) set.
