HOW TO CHECK YOUR SITE & MATCH TIME
Click on "DRAWS" above and find the players
name in their age group draw. Please note that most age groups have
multiple draws that are named after colors (the colors are random and have no significance). Once you have found your
name in the draw, carefully note the time and location of your first
round match. Locations are designated by an abbreviation (listed below). Please check your site and match time carefully so you go
to the right place at the correct time! It would be smart to check your draw again on Friday
night (February 6th) before you go to bed--just to make sure you have read everything
correctly and that there have been no changes to your draw (such as a player withdrawal). The site
addresses, abbreviations, and other important information are listed
below. To ensure a smooth running tournament please check in for your
first round match site a minimum of 30 minutes before your scheduled
match time. You are responsible for arriving on time and at the correct
playing site--no exceptions!
|
PLEASE REMEMBER TO RECHECK YOUR DRAWS ON FRIDAY EVENING
We may need to adjust times due to the fact that withdraws will continue though the week. Please be sure to continually recheck your draws to make sure your match time was not affected. We will do our best to contact you should your match be affected but ultimately it is the players responsibility to continue to check the draw.

10 & Under – USTA Texas regulations mandate that all junior sanctioned tournaments offer 10 & Under Orange Ball Division (orange ball, 60 foot court and 25 inch racquet) and 10 & Under Green Ball Division (green ball, 78 foot court and 27 inch racquet). For the full 10 & under regulation, please visit our website www.texas.usta.com, click on 10 & Under Tennis.

First-off Consolation – All Challengers and CMZs use the First Off Consolation Format. This format will show as Single Elimination on the tournament homepage, but all players are guaranteed two matches. This format eliminates “maybe matches” and almost every player in consolation will play their first consolation match on Saturday. How does it work? Players that lose in the main draw will be fed into the consolation draw in the order that they come off the court (i.e. the first player to come off the court will go on line one, the sixth player to come off the court will go on line six). This new format ensures more players playing on Saturday and an overall better tournament.
