SCORING REGULATIONS/ FORMAT and Consolation goes through Monday read below , Sorry for Miscommunication
64 Draw in Singles with Full Feed In through the end of play on Monday. BG14 Main Draw Singles matches will be best of three tie-break sets (new balls provided for the third set).BG12 Main Draw Singles matches will be two tiebreak sets with a match tiebreak (10 point) played at 1 set all. Main draw Singles matches will play 2 rounds on Saturday, 2 rounds Sunday, Semifinals and Finals on Monday. Losers in quarterfinals of main will play in a separate draw for 5th and 6th place. 2 rounds on Monday. Losers in the round of 16 of main play out back for 9th-16th rounds Monday as well .
All Consolation matches will be two tiebreak sets with a match tiebreak (10 Points) played at 1 set all. Consolation matches play one round on Saturday, three rounds on Sunday and back rounds for Round of 16 and Quarters will finish on Monday .Tournament last until Monday for all consolation . Consolation matches will finish on Monday.
Doubles will consist of a 32 single elimination draw. An eight game pro set will be played with a 7 point tie break at 8 all. Schedule for doubles: 2 rounds on Friday (5pm start time), 1 round on Saturday am, SF round on Sunday, Finals on Monday. There will be a playoff for 3rd and 4th place in both singles and doubles. WARM -UP and PRACTICE COURTS for TOURNAMENT
WARM -UP WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON CLAY BEFORE MATCHES DUE TO SWEEPEING AND CLAY WILL BE CLEARED TO SWEEP BY 4:00P.M FRIDAY BEFORE DOUBLES , SATURDAY AND SUNDAY NO WARM-UP ON CLAY You will be able to warm up on hard courts until clearing of courts before start of 8:00a.m. matches.PRACTICE COURTS will be Indian Pines and Calhoun Tennis Center all weekend . Indoor courts at Yarbrough Tennis Center will be available throughout the weekend unless rain intervenes.

NEW POINT TABLES AND NEW! UPDATES FOR JUNIORS (2015)
Southern changes: The new points table was implemented on January 1, 2015 for all future play. Level 2s you will earn more points. The changes are with the Level 2s and Level 5s. Southern has adopted the National Bonus point table for Southern play, it started on January 1, 2015. REFUNDS AFTER REGISTRATION CLOSES:
If you withdraw before registration closes, your credit card will not be charged. If you withdraw after registration closes, you may be eligible for refund if you withdraw by 4/17/15. A player shall not withdraw from a tournament after entries close except for illness, injury, or personal emergency. A withdrawing player shall immediately notify the Tournament by fax or email that the player will not be playing. If the player is not playing because of an injury or illness, the player shall provide written verification of the injury or illness from a medical professional no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament. If the player is not playing because of a personal emergency, the player shall provide a written explanation of the situation to the Referee no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament. The Referee shall determine whether the situation is a personal emergency. FYI - a personal emergency does not include "my parents can't get off work" or "I have too much homework" or "I can't miss school". In order to receive a refund, you must notify the tournament immediately of your withdrawal, no later than Wednesday, 4/17/15. Then, YOU MUST MAIL IN A SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE with your written medical excuse or emergency explanation. You must also include the exact "Payee" name the check is payable to. This must be received by the last day of the tournament which is 4/27/15. You will receive suspension points if you do not have a documented medical excuse or a written explanation of a personal emergency. Our best advice to you, is make sure you assess your means of travel and schedules before registration closes. Thank you for your cooperation.

WITHDRAWALS
Withdrawal Prior to Entry Deadline: Go to the Tournament website and click "EDIT REGISTRATION" on the right side of your screen then "Withdraw". From there you can withdraw. If you do not know your Confirmation #, then click "Locate Confirmation" just below "Withdraw." We cannot withdraw you, you must do this yourself. You will lose the processing fee if you do not withdraw online before registration closes. Withdrawal After Entry Deadline: Immediately contact the tournament to withdraw from the tournament. You must fax or email your withdrawal. DO NOT call to withdraw. The email is tdebardelaben@auburnalabama.org. If the player is not playing because of an injury or illness, the player shall provide written verification of the injury or illness from a medical professional no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament. There are No refunds after 4/17/15. Refunds will only be given with proper documentation and valid excuse and may take 6 weeks to process. See procedures below for receiving a refund. Defaulting during the tournament: You must see the trainer and get approval from the Head Referee at the Yarbrough Tennis Center. Do not tell just anyone at the desk and think you have properly defaulted. Unless you speak to the Head Referee in person, it will count as a "No Show." WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY WITHDRAWALS OVER THE PHONE! Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, April 12, 2015 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
