Due to the limited parking at JDS, registration will be held at several locations on Friday and Saturday. Please read the lists below for your location. We thank you in advance for going to the correct location. Shirts for players will only be at the assigned site.

It would be very helpful if you have your medical release already printed and completed when you arrive.

Registration is from 12:30 until 7:00PM on Friday at each of the sites.

We prefer that everyone register on Friday if at all possible. However, for those who can’t, please be at your registration site at least 1 hour before your first match time to insure you are not late checking in for your match.

BG10 – Healy Point
BG12 – JDS
G14 – JDS
G18 – JDS
B14 – Tattnall
B16 – Tattnall
G16 – Stratford
B18 – Stratford

SATURDAY Locations
BG10 – Healy Point
BG12 – Stratford (even if your first match is at Wesleyan)
G14 – Tattnall
B14 - Mercer
BG16, BG18 – JDS (even if your first match is at Central High School)

USTA Georgia Regulation: Once the entry deadline has been established through the sanctioning process, it cannot be extended nor can the tournament accept late entrants. Once the doubles deadline closes we cannot add anyone else to the draws. No late entries

A Facebook Group has been created for this tournament. If you are looking for a doubles partner, please ask for membership in the group to communicate with other players(parents) about pairings for doubles.
Once you have found a partner, register on the Doubles website. Both players must register online. more info

Doubles registration opens May 13 , and closes Tuesday May 17.
Doubles Players MUST sign up in the same age group in which they are accepted for singles.
Doubles play will begin on Friday afternoon at 2pm. Three rounds will be played.
Format is an 8-game pro set, 7 point tie breaker at 8-all for all age divisions except BG10s. BG10s will play 8-game pro set with a set tiebreak (first to 7 and win by 2 at 8 all) , no ad scoring.
We do NOT partner players. It is the players' responsibility to find a partner, confirm the partnership, and then register online by the doubles registration deadline.
BOTH partners must register and list their partner.

1. Both players have been selected in singles
2. One player has been selected into the singles and is partnered with an alternate
3. Both players are alternates
4. One player has been selected into the singles and is partnered with no singles entry
5. Alternate and no singles entry

If you're ONLY playing doubles or on the singles alternate list and not yet accepted into the singles in the Qualifier besides the $3.00 doubles registration fee when to signed up, you will have to also pay $20.00 before your first doubles match at the tournament. Please see Donna
