Main Draw Singles will play best of 3 tiebreak sets.
Consolation will play a match tiebreak in lieu of the 3rd set.

DOUBLES will play an 8 game pro set for SF, F and 3/4 playoff.

Please check match times for Wednesday, as doubles has been moved to 5 pm and singles matches moved to earlier times due to heat considerations. Posted 2:30 pm Tuesday

All Tuesday Afternoon consolation matches will be played at 6 pm on Tuesday.

All singles matches will play a match tiebreak in lieu of the 3rd set.

Due to court availability, we were not able to schedule all B14 Monday doubles matches at 8 am. Some will be played at 5 pm after the singles. Please check the draw for your Monday match time.

5:51 Sunday post -JDS matches on court report back at 6:30pm. G14 5:30 matches report at 7pm. All B14 original 6:30 matches(3rd round) are postponed until Monday. New match times/locations will be posted by 9 pm.
Matches at TAT and STRAT have resumed play and will complete today.

Doubles match times on Sunday for B14 players with singles matches scheduled at 12:30 and 1:00 have been adjusted from 2:30 to 3:30 to allow for recovery time.. Please check your doubles draw to see if your time has changed.

The format for Sunday singles has been changed in consideration of the health of the players. Singles will play a match tiebreak in lieu of the third set. Players please hydrate and wear light colored clothing.

Doubles entries open Monday, June 8, 2015. Be prepared to register with a partner at that time. A FACEBOOK group has been created to help parents/players communicate to find a partner.

Friday: 4:00PM - 7:00PM Saturday 7:00AM - 5:00PM, Sunday 7:00am - 5:00pm or one hour before your scheduled match time. Must check in for the tournament at JDS even if playing at a different site. Medical release forms must be signed by parent or guardian and player.

We are using 3 sites for the tournament:

Format is determined by the number of matches played for that day.
Saturday - All Singles matches are best of three sets with a match tiebreak in lieu of the third set.
Sunday - All Singles matches are full 3 sets
Starting Monday all Main Draw matches are full sets and Singles Consolation will be best of three sets with a match tiebreak in lieu of the third set.
Doubles will be an 8 game pro-set through the semis, with a set tiebreak played at 8-all. The set tie-break is a 7-point format.
The Doubles Final and Playoff matches will be best of three sets with a match tiebreak in lieu of the third set.
Basically any day two rounds of singles are scheduled, a match tiebreak will be played in lieu of the third set. IT BEARS REPEATING - ALL PLAYERS IN THE SEMIFINALS OF DOUBLES WILL PLAY AGAIN, EITHER FOR THE CHAMPIONSHIP OR THE 3rd/4th POSITION!

All sites open by 7:00am or sooner each morning. During the day MERCER TENNIS COURTS, first come first serve. No bathroom accommodations.

USTA requires a medical release SIGNED BY THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN for every player. This form must be presented at the time of the tournament registration. Players are not allowed on the court without this release

On-site alternates should report to the Cheryl Helton, referee, at JDS 30 minutes prior to the first match time for the alternate's division. Be prepared to play - medical release form completed and method of payment. There will be a place for onsite alternates to sit until the last matches have gone on for the first round.
Should a position open up, alternates will be entered in the order of the names on the published ordered alternate list. There will be possible opportunities for entry on Saturday and Sunday. Sunday the time to report will be 30 minutes prior to first match times of the main draw. No on-sites will be put in for consolation matches.

June 5 or before-->Withdraw online. June 6 or later-->All withdrawals should be emailed to the tournament director's email listed above. Withdrawals received after June 6, 11:59pm are not eligible for a refund.

All players must have a Birth Certificate on file in the Southern office for proof of US Citizenship. Green Cards will be accepted. Passports are not accepted. To verify you are on the list, click here.

The alternate list is alphabetical until Wednesday at noon, then the numbered alternate list will be posted. Up until Wednesday at noon if someone withdraws a player from the alternate list of the state the player withdrawing came from will be asked to fill the spot.
