WHAT: Complimentary dinner starting at 5:30 PM; Coaches Reception and Awards Begins at 6:15 PM
WHO: For all Coaches attending the ASICS Easter Bowl

Day 1 - one round singles, 2 rounds doubles -
Boys 12 Singles will play at Cathedral Canyon, Girls 12 will play at Desert Princess, Boys 14 will play at Monterey C.C., Girls 14 will play at Deep Canyon & Monterey C.C.

Day 2 - one round singles main & one round singles consolation, 2 rounds doubles
Boys 12 Singles will play at Cathedral Canyon, Girls 12 will play at Desert Princess, Boys 14 will play at Monterey C.C., Girls 14 will play at Deep Canyon & Monterey C.C.

Day 3 - two rounds singles main & 2 rounds singles consolation. (no doubles)

Boys 12 & 14 Singles will play at Cathedral Canyon, Girls 12 & 14 will play at Desert Princess - Some matches will be played at IWTG

Day 4 - Main draw semis, QF playoff, two rounds consolation, Doubles finals. All ages will either be playing at IWTG or Palm Valley

Day 5 - Main draw finals & 3-4 playoff, Semi & Final of consolation, 5/6 playoff. All Ages at IWTG


This schedule is subject to change depending on many factors that come up in running a large event.

THE BOYS & GIRLS 12-14 DATES OF PLAY WILL BE SATURDAY APRIL 4TH- WEDNESDAY APRIL 8TH. CHECK IN WILL BE ON FRIDAY APRIL 3RD.

ANYONE WISHING TO SHOW UP AS AN ON-SITE ALTERNATE MUST SHOW UP AT THE FOLLOWING:

ALTERNATES WILL BE PLACED IN THE ORDER OF THE NSL - ALTERNATE LIST FOR EACH EVENT.
ALL ON SITE ALTERNATES MUST HAVE A MEDICAL RELEASE FILLED OUT AND SIGNED BEFORE THEY STEP ON THE COURT.
THEY WILL ALSO HAVE TO BRING ENTRY FEE IN CASH AT THAT TIME.

THE BOYS & GIRLS 16'S DATES OF PLAY WILL BE MONDAY APRIL 6TH- FRIDAY APRIL 10TH. CHECK IN WILL BE SUNDAY APRIL 5TH.

AFTER THE SELECTION PROCESS (IF YOU WERE SELECTED IN THE SINGLES) AND YOU KNOW WHO YOU WILL BE PLAYING DOUBLES WITH PLEASE EMAIL AT lakewood10s@gmail.com IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PARTNER WE WILL TRY TO GET YOU ONE. THE DEADLINE FOR GIVING US CONFIRMATION ON YOUR DOUBLES PARTNER IS MONDAY MARCH 30TH AT 5 PM. DO THIS EVEN IF YOU SIGNED UP ONLINE WITH A PARTNER AS I ONLY USE EMAIL CONFIRMATION TO PAIR TEAMS UP.
(DO NOT WORRY IF YOU DO NOT SEE YOUR NAME ON THE PLAYERS LIST FOR DOUBLES. AS LONG AS YOU ARE IN THE SINGLES YOU GET TO PLAY DOUBLES.)

Please note that while we use the National Standing List of March 4th for selection, you will use the National Singles Standing List of April 1st for seeding.

ALL DIVISIONS WILL BE A 64 DRAW WITH A MODIFIED FEED IN. THE FIRST AND SECOND & THIRD ROUND MAIN DRAW LOSERS WILL FEED INTO THE CONSOLATION EVENT. THE PLAYERS WHO LOSE IN THE MAIN DRAW QUARTERFINAL ROUND WILL GO INTO A SEMIFINAL PLAYOFF DRAW (WINNER OF THIS WILL TAKE 5-6 PLACE) THE PLAYERS WHO LOSE IN THIS SEMIFINAL PLAYOFF DRAW WILL TIE FOR 7TH PLACE) MAIN DRAW LOSERS OF THE SEMI FINALS WILL PLAYOFF FOR 3-4 PLACE. THE CONSOLATION FINALS WILL BE FOR 9-10 PLACE. Doubles is single elimination and the format is an 8 game pro set with a tie break (first to 7 by 2) at 8 all.

Everyone who wishes to play in this tournament that has been accepted must fill out and sign a USTA Release and Waiver and present it to the tournament before they play their first match. more info

(NOT COTTON T SHIRTS) GIRLS CAN NOT WEAR COMPRESSION SHORTS ONLY. (MUST HAVE SOME KIND OF SKIRT OVER THEM) WE WOULD HATE FOR YOU TO HAVE TO BUY SOMETHING TO WEAR RIGHT BEFORE YOUR MATCH.

Practice Courts at Indian Wells Tennis Garden:
Practice courts are available for $10 per hour per court. On day of matches practice courts are available before First matches of the day for no fee. Can not guarantee practice courts during the days of play at the Garden. Please refer to the Practice courts on this site.

The Easter Bowl uses multiple sites for matches & practice and each site has its own administration for their individual policies. In general, sites will permit players on the day of their matches to warm up before they begin for no fee... IF… there are available courts. INFORMATION & SUGGESTIONS FOR MAKING HOTEL RESERVATIONS FOR THE 2015 ASICS EASTER BOWL...PARTICULARY IMPORTANT FOR THE ITF 18'S
The 2015 ASICS Easter Bowl happens during an extremely busy hotel period.
Some of the hotels have tennis courts...Embassy Suites Palm Desert, Hyatt Regency Indian Wells and the Westin Mission Hills.
The 2015 ASICS Easter Bowl 12's & 14's should be no problem for rooms as the finals of those divisions will be held Wednesday April 8.
The 2015 ASICS Easter Bowl 16's finals are on Friday April 10. If you think your child has a good chance to reach the finals, plan accordingly with your reservations.
Friday April 10 and Saturday April 11 are DIFFICULT and EXPENSIVE if you don't plan ahead.

Players may enter more than one division. They will try to put you in the older division first, if you don't qualify then they will try to put you in the lower age division. If you are not selected in that you will be placed on the younger age division alternate list. You can also enter the ITF event by you can not be in the qualifying for that and play in the 12-16 divisions.
