TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
Wednesday, July 1st - Player Registration 2:00 to 3:30 PM. Coaches Meeting - 2:15 to 3:30 PM. MANDATORY PLAYER ORIENTATION AND SEMINAR - Parents are invited also - 3:30 to 5:00 PM. Team Pictures - 5:00 to 6:00 PM. Team Meetings to immediately follow Team Pictures. All of these activities will take place at the University Park Marriott on the lower level. See note on hotel for the address. Thursday thru Sunday - Practice starts at 7:00 AM and matches start at 8:00 AM. Sunday - Mandatory Player Party - 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Players and Coaches are free, Parents and others who want to attend and eat will need to purchase a ticket at the Tournament Desk NO LATER than Friday, July 3rd when the last match is completed that is when I have to turn in the final count for food. Monday, July 6th - last day of play - Schedule Your Departure Flights no earlier than 4:00 PM - The last matches of the day will go on at 12:30 PM.

THE TOURNAMENT WILL BE USING WILSON US OPEN HIGH ALTITUDE BALLS.

MATCH FORMAT
Round Robin format. Each boy's or girl's team will have 6 players. Boy's and Girl's teams will be combined. There will be two flights of six teams of combined boy's and girl's teams. Singles matches will be best of 3 tie-break sets. Doubles matches will be 8 game Pro Sets with a 7 Point Tiebreak at 8 games all. Singles matches will count one point each. Doubles matches will count one point each. Each mixed doubles match will count one point for the team score but not for ranking. Each team match consists of 18 points (12 singles plus 6 doubles). The team that wins the most points wins the Team Match. If the team Match score is tied at 9-9, he coach of each tied team shall designate one boy and one girl from their team to play a mixed doubles 10 Point Match Tiebreak to determine the Team match winner. Defaults, walkovers, withdrawals and retirements count as losses. All singles and doubles matches MUS be played to completion.

OFFICIATING
Play will be subject to the rules of the USTA. The USTA Point Penalty System will be enforced throughout the Tournament. NO UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT WILL BE TOLERATED. A USTA certified Referee and certified Umpires will be present at all playing locations.

DRESS CODE
Proper tennis attire is required. Casual wear for evening activities in appropriate. Best judgment is appreciated. Questionable attire is subject to the Site Director's discretion.

DEPARTURE TIME
To allow time to get to the airport, please schedule your departure flight for 4:00 pm or later! The last matches on Monday are scheduled for 12:30 pm. It will take you approximately 30 minutes to get to the airport, plus add at least one hour to go through check-in and Security.

PLAYER FEES
In case of inclement weather - allowances for indoor court time must be made. Rates are per match. $8 per player in singles. $5 per player in doubles. About $65 should cover the week if it rains every day. July is our driest time of the year - it has not rained during this tournament for the past 10 years.
