THURSDAY JUNE 19
3PM 60 SINGLES FINAL: TANIS v HARVEY
This is the 84th Annual NJ State Championships held at the
Arlington Players Club, one of the oldest tennis clubs in the
US.
These are sectional championships with double ranking points for
all brackets-Mens Open SIngles and Doubles; Womens Open SIngles;
Mens 35, 45, 60 and 65 SIngles, Womens 60 Singles, Mens 60
Doubles.
Men's Singles will start June 7th. Other events will likely start
on June 8th, depending on the size of the draws. Most matches will
be played during the week in the late afternoon.
We have 7 red clay courts located in a beautiful residential
setting. All white tennis attire is not required. There will be
prize money for the Mens Open Singles and Doubles; we will announce
the amounts at a later date. Trophies will be awarded for winners
and runners up in all divisions. There will be consolation draws
for all events for first round losers. In fairness to other
competitors please do not enter the tournament if you do not plan
to play through to the end.
If you enter multiple events you may be playing several matches in
one day.
A cook out will be held for all players on Sunday afternoon, June
8th, at the Arlington Players Club.

Code Of Conduct: By registering for this tournament you agree to abide by the Rules & Regulations set forth in the USTA Friend at Court, the USTA Standards of Conduct, as well as the USTA Eastern Section's Rules & Regulations. The rules apply to parents & spectators as well; the player is responsible for their entourage. Poor behavior by the spectators may result in point penalties for the players. Poor personal behavior, bad sportsmanship or any acts detrimental to the game could prevent section endorsement. Registration and Withdrawals Withdrawals can be done online before registration closes. Select "Withdraw" under the blue Edit Registration Menu on the lower left of this tournament homepage. Refunds will not be given after the close of registration.
