This tournament will be held at Park Road Park at 6220 Park Road

***12U-18U*** Players will play 2 out of 3 sets (regular scoring), with a match tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd. ***12U players*** Play will be on a full size (78 foot) court with green low compression balls. ***14U-18U players*** Play will be on a full size (78 foot) court with yellow tennis balls.

***10 and Under*** Play shall be the best of 2 short sets (first to 4 and win by 2), with a set tiebreak (first to seven (7) and win by two (2) at 4-4 in each set, and a set tiebreak (first to 7 and win by 2) for the third set or 45 minutes, whichever comes first. No Ad scoring and orange low compression ball.

You need to make sure that you fill out a medical release form https://nctennis.com/documents/2018/11/7//MedicalReleaseForm2015.pdf?id=15 and bring it to the check-in prior to your first match. I will NOT have copies at the desk, so please print out and bring it with you. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your match to check-in. We do have bathrooms and water fountains on site, but there are not water coolers on court so please make sure your child has their own water cooler.

FORMAT & SCORING
Singles format will be a FULL FEED IN thru the Quarterfinals, where all players are guaranteed two matches. The scoring for the Main Draw and Consolation of the Singles Divisions will be best of three sets with a Match Tiebreak in lieu of a third set. In the event of inclement weather, an alternate scoring method may be used.
3-MINUTE REST PERIOD
The 3 minute rest period is taken with a match tie break in lieu of the third set format. The 3 minute rest period begins at the end of the second set and should be timed by the official. Players must remain on court or in an area adjacent to the court where coaching is permitted. A toilet break/change of attire may be taken at the completion of the 2nd set.

AWARDS
Awards will be presented to the Winner and Finalist of the Main Draw, and the Winner of the Consolation for Singles. Awards will also be given to the winner in doubles.

Doubles play will begin as early as 6:00 pm on March 8th. Singles play will begin as early as 8:00 am on Saturday, March 9th & Sunday, March 10th. Please be prepared to play matches on all 3 days if necessary.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, June 17, 2014 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
