Draws done!!!
The draws are now up. Please report to the CCC Tennis Pro-Shop at least 15 minutes before your scheduled match. The 10U was divided into 4 pools; each player will play 3 matches within the pool. On Sunday, the winners of each pool will play at 9:30 and 11:30.

Note to parents and fans!
We welcome parents and family who choose to attend and watch the matches. Please be reminded that Guests are held to the same standards as our Members. Everyone is to stay within the confines of the Tennis Complex. Tree climbing and lake wading is not allowed Food and refreshments can be purchased at the Swimming Pool Snack Shack and in the Clubhouse. Tell the Servers you are with the Tennis Tournament; they will ring up your choices as a cash sale. An ATM is available in the lobby in front of the Business Office. There will be a Parents Meeting at 11:15 on Saturday where we can explain what and why we do things and parents can ask questions of us. Let's have a GREAT TOURNAMENT!!

Notes
A minimum of 3 entries per event round-robin format for events
with fewer than 6 entries. If 6 or more we will bracket with
consolation bracket. Doubles is single elimination with 8-game pro
sets. We plan on scheduling matches on Friday. We may use other
courts in Cheyenne You may only enter two (2) events. Please be
warned, if you do enter more than 1 singles division, you will play
back to back with little res It is very difficult to schedule
around time conflicts. In the past, there were complaints that we
schedule matches too close together. To avoid this we will play on
all 3 days. We may use the courts at Central High School, and other
courts around town, depending on the size of the draws. Singles
will have a consolation round for 1st match losers, best 2 of 3
sets with 10- point tie-break in lieu of 3rd set, doubles will be
8-game pro-sets,single elimination and we will try to use
round-robins if courts and time are available. We may shorten
formats should weather dictate.
Player Selection TypeNo Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry TypeEntry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, June 16, 2014 12:30:00 PM Mountain Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
