***I want to thank everyone for playing in our tournament. We strive to make your tournament experience GREAT & getting your kids allot of matches in 1 to 1.5 days! We played 164 matches! Please check the draws & make sure scores were inputted correct. If you find something incorrect please feel free to email or text me. Also if you have any suggestions or comments please feel free to email us. I will be sending a survey out Monday about the different options & types of tournaments we offer to get your vote & opinion on the shorts sets with full feed in or the regular sets without full feed in? We really value everyone's opinion & want to make sure everyone is satisfied. There are not many tournaments that you can get 4-6 matches in one day. **REMEMBER PLEASE SIGN UP ASAP FOR OUR LARGEST TOURNAMENT OF THE YEAR ! We got a little behind schedule due to a few important factors & rules neglected.
Remember & obey these rules & it will help us stay on schedule.

1. 5 MINUTE WARMUP

2. 90 SECOND BREAK ON CHANGE OVERS

3. CANNOT TAKE BREAKS ON EVEN GAMES

4. THE NEXT 3 “ON DECK” MATCHES-PLAYERS MUST BE READY WITH THEIR SHOES ON, EQUIPMENT FIXED, GRIPS ON, ETC & GO TO THE BATHROOM BEFORE CALLED. STAY CLOSE TO THE TOURNAMENT DESK.

5. MAKE SURE TO CHECK IN AT LEAST 15 MINUTES EARLY & MAKE SURE YOUR NAME IS CHECKED OFF ON THE “ON DECK” INFO TACK BOARD.

WE WORK VERY HARD TO STAY ON SCHEDULE & THIS WILL HELP.

A FEW IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. REMINDER ALL CONSOLATION MATCHES & GIRLS 16-18S SINGLES WILL USE SHORTENED SETS IN ORDER TO COMPLETE ALL THEIR MATCHES DUE TO THE LARGE DRAWS & NO SUNDAY PLAY.

SHORTENED SETS SCORING FORMAT–
STILL PLAY 2 OUT OF 3 SETS EXCEPT BOTH PLAYERS START OFF AT 3-3 IN BOTH SETS. TIEBREAKER STILL AT 6-6 & ALSO A 10 POINT TIEBREAKER IF THEY SPLIT SETS.

2. CHECK DRAWS & SCORES FOR ANY ERRORS THEY MAY HAVE OCCURRED.

3. CONSOLATION TIMES SHOULD BE ONLINE BY 7AM

Reminder this tournament is Friday & Saturday with no Sunday play. We will try to start SOME events on Friday after school OR AFTERNOON 3:30, If you have a time request or cannot play on Friday make sure to email me with the subject line "time request" by Wednesday 12 noon and we will try to accommodate this for you. We always try to help our out of town guests. Please remember it will be very hard to play 2 events if you cannot play on Friday! Thank you
