PLAYER RESPONSIBILITY
It is the player's responsibility to know their 1st match and future match times and show up in a timely manner.
All players are expected to arrive at the club at least 30 minutes before their scheduled match time. If we have open courts, we can get matches on early. This helps tournaments run on time!!
All USTA rules will be enforced during this event, including penaltys for checking in late for matches. Check the website often in case of changes. We will also send emails to the address on your account with any changes as well as general tournament information.

Tennis Parent Alert/Medical Release Form
All parents and players must sign the player behavior form and medical release form when checking in. Some forms will be provided at the tournament desk, to save time please print and fill out at home.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, September 16, 2014 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
