Attention Players! Tournament "Etiquette" Please be at your site 30 minutes before the scheduled match time. Take the time to travel to your playing site so that you know where it is. Getting lost will not be a valid excuse for being late. Check in at the site desk at your site 15 minutes before your match time. Remember: "checked in" means that you are completely ready to go onto court (water, shoes, racquets, etc are ready to go), so stay close to the site desk. After the match, whether you win or lose, please go back to the site desk to report the score and get your next match time. It is the player's responsibility to get this information...also, please ALWAYS check the website for any changes or updates (especially during questionable weather).

3. Players selected to one age division would be removed from the alternates' list of the division they were not selected.
4. Once a player is selected for any one division no changes can be made.
