To receive your first match time and site click on the Future Match Report in blue print under tournament reports. This will also show you your first singles time for Saturday and site as well as your win/loss times for Sunday.
DOUBLES TIMES and site of play will be given out by your site director at your singles site of play on Saturday.
REMEMBER ONLY YOUR FIRST MATCH TIMES ARE SET. WHEN YOU FINISH YOUR FIRST MATCH YOU WILL RECEIVE A GOLD MATCH CARD WHICH YOU WILL USE THROUGHOUT THE TOURNAMENT FOR NEXT MATCH TIMES. EXCEPT FOR FIRST ROUND MATCH TIMES THE TIMES YOU SEE ON THE DRAW SHEETS ARE ONLY FOR REFERENCE AND COULD CHANGE.
THE ALTERNATE LISTS HAVE BEEN PUBLISHED. THE TOP 10 ALTERNATES IN EACH AGE GROUP WILL BE CONSIDERED IF ANYONE DROPS OUT OF THE EVENT. INFORMATION
The USTA Legal Department has determined that they cannot
provide contact information to tournament directors unless the customer
provides the contact information during the registration process. Previously
the home phone number and email address were pre-filled from the USTA
Membership database when a player went through the online registration
process. The pre-fill was removed due to privacy concerns. If you don't
provide an email address and/or telephone number when you register for this
tournament then we will be unable to notify you about any possible changes in
the tournament.
SCORING
All SINGLES matches in Boys and Girls 12 & 14 will be a 2/3 full set match. Coaching is allowed during the split set 10 minute break only.
DOUBLES will be 2/3 sets with a match tie breaker for the 3rd set. A player will be entitled to a three minute break after splitting sets and before playing the Matchtiebreak. The player is allowed to leave the court, talk to a coach or parent, make a phone call, etc. We recommend you DO NOT leave the court because of the short time frame, and we will allow coaches, parents, etc to talk with you behind the tarp of the court but not on the court. If a player is late coming back to the court, a penalty will be assessed.
SINGLES FORMAT
The singles will be a 128 draw for all age groups with a Full feed-in through the Quarter Finals and a 3/4 Playoff. Matches will be a full 2/ 3 Tie break sets with a 10 minute break if you split sets.
DOUBLES, DOUBLES FORMAT and Deadline
DOUBLES WILL BE A 64 DRAW.
Doubles will play 2 out of 3 sets with a 10 point Match Tiebreaker for the 3rd set.
DOUBLES DEADLINE is: THURSDAY, JUNE 19 at 12 noon. Both players must email me your team to be entered into the doubles draw.
