Do not enter as a doubles team if you are not in contact with your requested partner. BOTH PLAYERS MUST ENTER WITH THEIR PARTNER SPECIFIED. Both players must be endorsed (either on the quota or the alternate list) in singles on their district endorser list that is sent to the Midwest Office.
DOUBLES ENTRIES, IF NOT DONE ON LINE WITH A PARTNER'S USTA# SPECIFIED, MUST BE EMAILED TO: swakefield.indy@comcast.net before midnight June 17, 2014. Doubles draws are limited to 64 teams per division. Only MAIN DRAW selected singles players WITH ANOTHER MAIN DRAW SELECTED SINGLES PLAYER IN THE SAME AGE DIVISION, are guarenteed a spot in their age division doubles. Players WILL NOT BE SELECTED TO PLAY IN A DIFFERENT AGE DIVISION THAN THEIR SINGLES DIVISION UNLESS DRAWS IN THAT AGE DIVISON ARE NOT FULL, and may not be selected to play any doubles.

Competitors will be selected from your district’s endorsement list.
Those players who are not selected to play will be placed on a TOURNAMENT ALTERNATE LIST (NOT your district list) generated by the Midwest office using comparisons of all alternates from all districts that will be used to fill spots if there are withdrawals from the tournament. To show up on the alternate list, you must have also been endorsed by your district.
Alternates NOT SELECTED AT THE TIME OF THE DRAW will not have been charged on TennisLink and will need to provide a valid CC# by phone* if put into the draw due to a withdrawal.
Those alternates who are not selected at the time of the original draw must bring a check or cash (NO CC ACCEPTED) to their first match made out to "tournament tennis" for the entry fee of $90.00.

*Scoring format - Singles Main Draw and consolation - regular scoring in Best of three tiebreak sets..
Doubles scoring format - regular scoring with the first two sets as tiebreak sets and a match tiebreak (10 point) instead of a third set. A three minute break with coaching is authorized after spit sets. regular scoring

3 Dunlop Grand Prix tennis balls will be used for all matches

EARLY CHECK IN AVAILABLE ON FRIDAY 2pm - 5pm AT THE BARBARA S WYNNE TENNIS CENTER AT NORTH CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL TENNIS HOUSE. 1805 E. 86TH STREET INDIANAPOLIS 46240.
IF YOU DO NOT CHECK IN ON FRIDAY, YOU SHOULD REPORT TO YOUR PLAYING SITE AT LEAST 20 TO 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULE START TIME.

Stringing will be available at the Indianapolis Racquet Club 1 mile from the main site. No on site stringing will be provided.
