ON-SITE ALTERNATE PROCEDURES
On-Site Alternates must sign-in at the tournament desk no later than 15 minutes prior to the first scheduled match time of the event for which they are an alternate. If a default or withdrawal creates a vacancy in the draw, then the alternate who has signed-in and is highest on the GTA standing list will fill the vacancy. Also, note the site.

3-MINUTE REST PERIOD---- Posted 6-15
There is NO need to get an umpire. Juniors receive a mandatory 3-minute rest period after the second set when a match-tiebreak is played in lieu of the third set. Coaching is permitted, but the player must stay on the court. After the 3-minute rest period, no further coaching is allowed. If needed, a bathroom break can be taken after the 3-minute rest period. If a player takes a bathroom break during the 3-minute rest period, the player waives the right to further coaching. No coaching is allowed during the bathroom break...REMEMBER::There is NO need to get an umpire.

1. The Singles Competitor List is published. Excluding the B16, if you were not selected, then it was because you are ineligible. REMEMBER: You can play "up". Simply send an e-mail no later than 5:00pm on 6-9. In the B16, 28 players were selected from the age group and 4 from the younger age group. 2. CAUTION: If you decide to play "up", then be sure that your doubles is in that age group. Otherwise, you must choose one or the other. 3...The initial Doubles Competitor List is published. 1... This is a the perfect opportunity for players outside the top 100(BG 12-18) and top 50(BG10) in Georgia to earn Level 3 points. 2... It is a new version of the Futures. 3... This is a GA Level 3 tournament with singles and doubles. 4... ELIGIBILITY: At the registration deadline, eligible players must have a Georgia standing outside the top 100 for BG 12-18 and top 50 for BG10. HOWEVER, IF YOU DO NOT QUALIFY, THEN YOU CAN PLAY "UP". 5... Singles draw is 32 limit. Doubles draw is 16 limit 6... BG 12's will use regular tennis balls. 7... DOUBLES::: SEE BELOW FOR REGISTRATION PROCEDURES. This tournament does not "partner" players. Players must find their own partner. Singles and doubles must be in the same age group 8. This tournament is limited to Georgia residents.

DOUBLES REGISTRATION PROCEDURE/SOME SINGLES INFO--Posted 4-7
1...The singles competitor list will be published on 6-9. (Remember the registration deadline is 6-7).. Also, ineligible players will be asked if they want to play "up" 2...Singles and doubles must be in the same age group 3...Be sure that both partners are eligible under the rules for this tournament. 4...Both partners must enter the doubles,,,not just one partner. 5...We absolutely do not "partner" players, nor do we give out player information. 6...The initial doubles competitor list will be published on 6-9. There is s second doubles deadline of 6-11...The time between the 6-7 deadline and the 6-11 deadline gives players a chance to find a partner or replace an ineligible partner. Entering during this time requires an e-mail with the words "Doubles" and the age group in the subject line,,,for example,,. "Doubles, B14". Include both names and USTA numbers. Doubles payment will be at the first match.

Per GTA Level 3 regulations, this tournament has a 32-draw limit. REMEMBER:::To be eligible for this tournament, players must be outside the top 100 as of the latest GTA Standing List at the registration deadline.. Also, doubles must be in the same age group as singles.

REFUNDS:
There are no refunds after the entry deadline. If there are weather
issues and no matches are played, then you will get a 3/4 credit to
another tournament offered by the above-named organization. Otherwise, there are no refunds. WITHDRAWALS: Before the entry deadline, withdraw on-line. After the deadline, withdraw via e-mail.

GEORGIA LEVEL 3 TOURNAMENT. . ELIGIBLE PLAYERS (BOYS/GIRLS
12-18) MUST HAVE A CURRENT GEORGIA STANDING OUTSIDE THE TOP 100 AND
BOYS/GIRLS 10s MUST HAVE A CURRENT GEORGIA STANDING OUTSIDE THE TOP
50 AT THE TIME OF THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE. PLAYERS NOT ELIGIBLE
IN THEIR AGE GROUP MAY PLAY "UP". . Singles draw limit is 32.
Doubles draw limit is 16. Boys/Girls 10s MUST play all matches on a
60' court with a 25 " racket and use low compression balls. SIGN UP
FOR DOUBLES ONLINE - Doubles players will not be "partnered" by the
tournament. Players must find their own partner and then register
online. Singles and doubles must be in same age group. Doubles play
will start the first day of the tournament. This tournament is open
only to junior players whose parents have established a legal
residency in Georgia, hold a current USTA membership card assigned
to Georgia, and who are citizens of the United States or meet the
resident alien requirements for a national ranking. CONSOLATION -
FIC Singles & 3/4 Playoffs. JR. SUSPENSION POINT SYSTEM IN
EFFECT. T-Shirts provided. No phone entries. Playing times will be
available late on June 15. Additional sites may be used. Draw size
will determine an event's starting date. Any match times found on
the Internet, outside of the First Match Time Report, are
unofficial. Official match times only may be found on the posted
drawsheets at the tournament sites. Players must check the posted
drawsheets to get their match time and location. Scoring format
(BG12-18) - Singles: Main draw - Regular scoring (2 out of 3 sets),
Consolation - 2 tiebreak sets with 3rd set match-tiebreak (BG10s) -
2 short sets with 3rd set tie-break, Doubles: 8-game pro-sets with
a match tie-break at 8-all.
LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 1-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.
