Dear Player,
Airport Pick-up:
We look forward
to your arrival in Tucson for the Fabulife Nutrition Southwest Desert Classic.
We have your flight details and will be picking you up from the Tucson International
Airport. Please note that the trip from the airport to the hotel will
take approximately 45 min. We will drop your sport chair off at the
tennis courts and take you to your hotel. Practice courts will be available for
everyone at 2:30pm on Wed March 12th. There will also be a draw party at ~4pm
and food to follow. Make sure you RSVP by Noon on March 10th so we can have food for you.

SUNDAY, 16 MARCH:
FROM COURTS ONLY!! Check out and take all your
gear with you Sunday AM. It may be necessary to leave your gear secured
at the hotel desk until all players are at the site. If so, the shuttle
driver will pick it up and take it to the site after all players have been
transported to their matches. A departure schedule will be posted at the courts
on Saturday.

Tournament Requirements & Facts
Dear Player,
We are almost there! Please respond
to the following if it applies to you!
Doubles for letter divisions: Ruth and I will be making the draws
and schedule for all letter divisions on Friday, March 7th at 10 AM.
Players that not have signed up with
a partner must email before 10 AM or you will be paired up.
Letter Divisions: Play will begin on Friday.
Draw party & Banquet RSVP: Deadline March 8th.
Open Players: If you have not renewed your IPIN you must do so PRIOR to
the event. (you have already been notified if applicable)
MANDATORY SIGN-IN BY 4 PM on
Wednesday, March 12th. I will accept phone calls. Please call 520-544-1930 on
the 12th.
If you know your doubles partner
please let me know as it will expedite the scheduling.
Airport Transportation: You must have your information to Bryan and Claudia by

Waivers: ALL players must have signed the waiver and emailed it to
me by March 8th. I have attached the entry form/waiver if you need the form.

3) Veggies wrap: Alfalfa, Avocado,
Onions, Cucumbers, Peppers &
Hummus. All wrapped in a flour tortilla

Transportation from the hotels:
* 1:30-2:30pm arrival to courts from
hotel.

Ruth and I have confirmed another hotel near the site at a rate of $140 including breakfast and will get back to you with information on reserving rooms the week of 2/24.

Player Transportation
Transportation will be provided between the hotel and the Club and the schedule will be posted on site and at the hotel.
Airport Transportation will be provided. Players must provide necessary information on the entry form.

A player may enter more than 1 singles or doubles if it is in
the Junior Division or Senior Division and you are eligible.
No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, February 16, 2014 11:59:00 PM Arizona Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
