All draws have been posted. Players are strongly encouraged to check-in 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for their matches. By checking in, a player is indicating he/she is properly attired and ready to play. In order to assure fairness to all players, penalties for lateness as described in USTA Tournament Regulations shall be strictly enforced.

Please note that it is the player's responsibility to check the website for all match times. Make sure to verify the following on the draw sheet online before leaving for your match date, time, and site of play

The following sites are available for this tournament, and will be identified on the draw as follows:

*Bullis School = BLS (Outdoor Hard - weather permitting ONLY)

*Potomac Tennis Club = PTC (Indoor Clay - the tournament will be played indoors in case of inclement weather)

Depending upon the number of entries, court availability, and weather conditions, tournament matches may start as EARLY as 4:00pm Friday and 8am Saturday and Sunday, and tournament matches may be scheduled to start as LATE as 10pm in the BG 16 & 18 divisions which is allowed by USTA regulations (2012 Friend at Court page 98). The format will be best 2 of 3 tie break sets with match 10 point tie break in lieu of 3rd set, regular ad scoring will be used.

Players selected for this tournament, hereby, release Potomac Tennis/ 4Star Academy and its entire staff from any damages or injuries that may arise from the player's participation on this event. The player assume full responsibility for all liability and hold Potomac Tennis/4Star Academy harmless against any such claims.

No refunds will be made after entry deadline. A withdraw must be e-mailed to kingstownetennis@yahoo.com no later than Sunday at 12 Noon to ensure that his/her name will not be included in the official draw posted on the web. Phone calls will not be accepted. If withdrawing before the deadline and have registered on line, it is the responsibility of the player to withdraw his/her name from the applicant list by using the withdraw feature online.
