Please email any Seeding Information to ntctournaments@usta.com by the entry deadline. ATP, WTA, UTR and Top 500 list will be used. Additional information provided may also be considered.

All withdrawals, with explanation, must be received in writing. Email to ntctournaments@usta.com. No refunds after the entry deadline has passed.

Checking in: IMPORTANT
Please enter the facility through our Indoor Training Center via parking lot B (overflow parking is located west of lot B in the Ashe TV lot OR in Lot D, located east of Lot B, over the bridge and to the left). Initial check-in is at the front desk in the main lobby where you will hand in your Release and Waiver form. Please be advised that a new security protocol is in effect. All guests and players must present an official, government ID with a current picture. Your ID will be scanned and an ID with your picture will be printed. Players will receive a 3 day wristband. Guests will receive a day pass after presenting their photo ID. Thank you for your cooperation.

Stringing: Stringing services are available on-site in our Full-Service NTC Pro Shop located in the Indoor Training Center's Main Lobby.

For Adult and Senior National Rankings: The Open Divisions are currently not ranked.
|
|
Singles and Doubles Entry Deadline is the same
If you would like to play doubles but don't have a partner, please register to play doubles by the entry deadline and let us know via email that you need a partner. We will pair doubles entrants without partners randomly.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, December 14, 2014 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
