Scroll down and it will be the draw with 2 rounds and lines labelled 1-16, 17-32, 33-48, 49-64. The single round unlabelled draw is not being played.

7:45 pm Friday: All doubles matches in progress will resume play Saturday at 8 am. QF matches will be played at 7 pm Saturday. There is no change in scheduled Singles times.

Tournament Registration will be at JDS only. If your first match is at an alternate site, you must first come to JDS at least one hour before your first match time to register. FORMAT AND SCORING
64 Draw in Singles with Full Feed In
through the end of play on Sunday. BG14 Main Draw Singles matches will be best of three tie-break sets (new
balls provided for the third set).BG12 Main Draw Singles matches will be two tiebreak sets with a match tiebreak (10 point) played at 1 set all. Main draw Singles
matches will play 2 rounds on Saturday, 2 rounds Sunday, Semifinals and
Finals on Monday. Losers in quarterfinals of main will play in a separate draw for 5th and 6th place. 2 rounds on Monday.
All Consolation matches will be two tiebreak sets with a match tiebreak
(10 Points) played at 1 set all. Consolation matches play one round on
Saturday, three
rounds on Sunday. Consolation matches will finish on Sunday.
Doubles
will consist of a 32
single elimination draw. An eight game pro set will be played with a 7 point tie break
at 8 all. Schedule for doubles: 2 rounds on Friday (5pm start time), 1 round on Saturday am, SF round on Sunday, Finals on Monday. There will be a playoff for 3rd and 4th place in
both singles and doubles.

DOUBLES INFORMATION
This tournament will have doubles. Doubles registration opens February 18 , and closes February 21. Doubles Players MUST sign up in the same age group in which they are accepted for singles. Doubles play will begin on Friday afternoon at 5pm with two rounds. Format is an 8-game pro set, set tie breaker (first to 7 by 2) at 8-all. We do NOT partner players. It is the players responsibility to find a partner, confirm the partnership, and then register by the doubles deadline. BOTH partners must register and list their partner. We have
planned one doubles match per day, but would like to play the Finals and
3/4 Playoff on Sunday afternoon provided players are not playing a late
singles match. This will be decided on a match by match basis and decided by 1 pm Sunday. If not possible on Sunday, these matches will be played at 8 am on Monday. If you are only playing doubles, the fee is $25.00, which is payable at the first doubles match. BIRTH CERTIFICATES

ONSITE ALTERNATES
Onsite Alternates must sign in with the referee. Any alternate desiring admittance must check in and be ready for play no later than 15 minutes prior to the first scheduled match time of the event for which they are an alternate. •If a default or withdrawal creates a vacancy in the draw, the alternate who has signed in and is highest on the alternate list will fill the vacancy. •The order of the alternates is based on the Alternate List published by the tournament, not a more recent Southern Standings List, and not in the order in which the players check in.

John Drew Smith (JDS) 3280 N. Ingle Place, Macon, GA. 31210
Stratford Academy (STRAT) 6010 Peake Road, Macon, GA. 31220 Directions
from JDS to Stratford from JDS: Take a right on to Northside Dr. Go
about 100 yards and take a right on Riverside Dr. Go 4/10 mile and turn
right onto Wimbish Road. Go 1.5 miles, then take a slight left onto
Forest Hill Road (Forest Hill Rd is just past North Minster Drive). Go
6/10 of a mile and turn right onto Vineville Ave. Go 1.5 miles, and then
turn left onto Tucker Road. Go 2.6 miles and turn right onto Peake
Road. Go 4/10 mile, and then turn left into the Academy. You must go all
the way around the school to reach the tennis courts parking.
MERCER UNIVERSITY (MER) 1600 College Street, Macon, GA 31207 From
JDS: Turn right on to Northside and then right on Riverside Dr. Take
exit onto I-75. Continue on I-75 to Mercer University Drive exit. Take
left back across interstate. Take left at College Street. Courts will be
on the left. NOTE: College Street is a pedestrian street through
Mercer's campus - you cannot drive from Tattnall to Mercer's court
locations on College Street, although they are very close.

SEEDING
USTA SOUTHERN SINGLES SEEDING
CRITERIA: Seeding shall be done using the selection list which is based
on the standing list immediately after the entry deadline of this
tournament.
Players who have a standing in the next younger
age division MAY be seeded in any group of seeds as determined by the
Southern Seeding Calculator.. Players selected into the 12s division
based on their 10s
standing will not be considered for seeding.

DOUBLES ALTERNATES
The Doubles Alternate report located on the Doubles Website contains names of players whose
partners did not register for doubles or players who were unable to find
a partner. 1. If your partner did not register, please have them
email to confirm you as a partner and we will enter both of you in the
main event. 2. If you find a partner, both of you need to email to confirm the pairing. We will publish the doubles seeds and make the draw on Tuesday, so all partners need to be designated by Monday night at midnight.

WITHDRAWAL
Withdrawal Prior to Entry Deadline: Go to the Tournament website and click "EDIT REGISTRATION" on the right side of your screen then "Withdraw". From there you can withdraw. If you do not know your Confirmation #, then click "Locate Confirmation" just below "Withdraw." We cannot withdraw you, you must do this yourself. You will lose the processing fee if you do not withdraw online before registration closes. Withdrawal After Entry Deadline: Immediately contact the tournament to withdraw from the tournament. You must fax or email your withdrawal. DO NOT call to withdraw. The email is maconten@bellsouth.net and the fax is (478) 477-0575. If the player is not playing because of an injury or illness, the player shall provide written verification of the injury or illness from a medical professional no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament. There are No refunds after 2/20/14. Refunds will only be given with proper documentation and valid excuse and may take 6 weeks to process. See procedures below for receiving a refund. Defaulting during the tournament: You must see the trainer and get approval from the Head Referee at the John Drew Smith Tennis Center. Do not tell just anyone at the desk and think you have properly defaulted. Unless you speak to the Head Referee in person, it will count as a "No Show." WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY WITHDRAWALS OVER THE PHONE! If the player is not playing because of an injury or illness, the player shall provide written verification of the injury or illness from a medical professional no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament OR a visit with the onsite trainer will suffice.

REFUNDS AFTER REGISTRATION CLOSES:
If you withdraw before registration closes, your credit card will not be charged. If you withdraw after registration closes, you may be eligible for refund if you withdraw by 2/20/14. A player shall not withdraw from a tournament after entries close except for illness, injury, or personal emergency. A withdrawing player shall immediately notify the Tournament by fax or email that the player will not be playing. If the player is not playing because of an injury or illness, the player shall provide written verification of the injury or illness from a medical professional no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament. If the player is not playing because of a personal emergency, the player shall provide a written explanation of the situation to the Referee no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament. The Referee shall determine whether the situation is a personal emergency. FYI - a personal emergency does not include "my parents can't get off work" or "I have too much homework" or "I can't miss school". In order to receive a refund, you must notify the tournament immediately of your withdrawal, no later than Thursday 2/20/14. Then, YOU MUST MAIL IN A SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE with your written medical excuse or emergency explanation. You must also include the exact "Payee" name the check is payable to. This must be received by the last day of the tournament which is 3/3/14. You will receive suspension points if you do not have a documented medical excuse or a written explanation of a personal emergency. Our best advice to you, is make sure you assess your means of travel and schedules before registration closes. Thank you for your cooperation.

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 1-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.

Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, February 16, 2014 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
