The Virginia Beach Resort Hotel and Conference Center is serving as the host hotel for our event. The hotel is located on the beautiful Chesapeake Bay and is an all-suites facility. The hotel is located within five minutes of the Virginia Beach Tennis and Country Club. Reservations may be made by calling (757) 481-9000. Please be sure to mention the tournament to receive the rate that has been set aside for our event. more info

Singles Qualifier: July 10-11
Players shall play three rounds to determine the 8 singles qualifiers. Players who lose in the 1st Round of qualifying will play one additional qualifier consolation match ONLY.

Singles Main Draw: July 13 - 19

Doubles Main Draw: Play starts July 13

Draw size: Singles Qualifying 64 Participants, Singles Main Draw 128 Participants

The deadline for registering for doubles will be Saturday, July 12 @ 5:00pm. All singles Main Draw players and players in the Qualifying are eligible to play doubles. Please email doubles pairings as you know them to laurieh@vbtcc.hrcoxmail.com. If you do not have a partner and would like us to try and pair you up, we will do our best to do so.

There will be a registration for all players in the Qualifying draw on Wednesday, July 9, from 5 -6pm at the Virginia Beach Tennis and Country Club.


There will be a registration for all players in the Main Draw Singles and Doubles on Saturday, July 12, from 3-5pm at the Virginia Beach Tennis and Country Club.

If for any reason you are not able to register for the tournament during the above times, we MUST receive written notification by email. Please email

All players must turn in a signed medical release form prior to being allowed to play their first match - NO EXCEPTIONS! You can scan and email to laurieh@vbtcc.hrcoxmail.com. Forms may be found on www.usta.com.
