Registration will be on Friday , July 4th for coaches/players starting at 3p.m - 5p.m Central time.and coaches meeting will follow at 5:00p.m. Central time at Yarbrough Tennis Center . Captain we pick up team bags and goodies at this time for all players .

WARM -UP and PRACTICE COURTS for TOURNAMENT
Practice Courts will be assigned . I already have had some request for courts and times for July, 4th Friday. Please if you need practice courts for July 4th , please send request to tdebardelaben@auburnalabama.org before Thursday , July 3rd to secure courts. We will discuss at captain meeting practice courts during days of tournament due to sweeping and inclement weather .

SCORING REGULATIONS/ FORMAT
All matches will be 2 out of 3 sets regular for singles and 8 game pro set for doubles . Team format will be 3 Boys and Girls singles , 1 Boys and Girls doubles and 1 Mixed doubles . All players must play at list one singles match throughout tournament and will play in every dual match regardless if it is a singles of doubles match. All teams will play a min. of five matches .

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, June 5, 2014 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
