Five Seasons Sports Club is the host site for this event. Five Seasons is located at 11790 Snider Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45249. The telephone number for Five Seasons is 513-469-1400.

Girls 14's matches for singles and doubles on Friday, November 28th will be played at Five Seasons Northern Kentucky location, which is approximately 30 minutes from the Cincinnati location. The address for Five Seasons Sports Club Northern Kentucky is 345 Thomas More Parkway, Crestview Hills, KY 41017. The phone number for Five Seasons Northern Kentucky is 859-341-3687. We will only be using this site on Friday, November 28th.

Some matches on Friday and Saturday will be played at the Club at Harpers Point is located 8675 East Kemper Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45249. The phone number for Harpers Point is 513-489-9700. It is approximately 5 minutes from Five Seasons. Harpers Point will appear as (HP) on the drawsheet.

We will make the doubles draw Friday morning. You will be able to get your doubles times after your first match Friday.

We will not be having a mandatory check in on Thursday night. We will just need players to check in 30 minutes before their first match on Friday.

We will have practice/warm-up courts available 1 week in advance of the date you want to book them. 513-469-1400 is the number for Five Seasons. Courts are $20/half hour and $35/hour. On Thanksgiving Day, Five Seasons will be open until 2 PM for practice courts. We will also have courts open on Friday morning (November 28th) from 7-8 AM. Other options: Harpers Point 513-489-9700 is also a tournament site for matches and may have practice courts. Five Seasons Northern Kentucky will be used for Girls 14's on Friday, November 28th and will have courts available at 859-341-3687. Queen City(15 minute drive) will not be a tournament site but may have practice courts at 513-771-2835. Courtyard Sportsplex (15 minute drive) may also have courts available at 513-777-5530

The tournament will be played with Wilson US Open balls.

We will have stringers available on-site at Five Seasons most of the weekend. Midwest Sports is also less than 5 minutes away and has 30 minute turnarounds on stringing.

Cincinnati Marriott Northeast is the host hotel for the tournament. The Cincinnati Marriott Northeast is located at 9664 S. Mason Montgomery Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45040. We get discounted rooms for tournament players, with guest rooms offered at $119.00 per night. The hotel is located approximately 5 minutes for Five Seasons.


Rate includes Athletic Package as follows:
American Contrinental Each Morning, Fresh cut Seasonal Fruits, Chef's selection of breakfast pastries, Peanut Butter & Jelly Station, assorted breads and bagels, Scrambled Eggs & Breakfast potatoes, Salsa, ketchup & cheese, Orange Juice, Apple Juice, 2% Milk, coffee & tea.


Game Room Saturday evening from 6-9 PM. Private Room set with Big Screen TV and wii. NOTE: Each family is to receive half doubles and half king sofas. Kings can also be available. Roll away beds are also available if requested in advance, for King Rooms.


Cookies are available in the lobby on Saturday evening from 8-830 PM. Gatorade is provided at checkout, 1 per player.


The hotel will also provide a Thanksgiving Dinner option for guests from 12-2 PM on Thanksgiving Day if you are getting into town that day. That will require a reservation with the hotel.

We will complete 2 rounds of singles on Friday (some players obviously have byes and will only play 1 singles match Friday). We also hope to play 2 rounds of doubles Friday night. Saturday will be 2 singles matches in the main draw and consolation, then we are looking to play 1 round of doubles if possible.
