Parking
Entrance to the facility is through our Indoor Training Center located adjacent to parking lot B. Overflow parking is available just up Meridian Road next to Arthur Ashe Stadium in Lot A.

Match Scheduling Information
A limited number of matches will begin on Friday, July 12th, NB 3:00pm - depending on the size of the draw(s).
We will have a full day of matches on both Saturday and Sunday, July 13 and July 14. Matches during the remaining weekdays will not begin before 3:30pm. It is our plan to complete the draws prior to the following weekend unless we have weather issues or sizable draws that would take longer to complete.

Saturday Updates
It is not raining at this time. Outdoor courts are looking good for a 9:15am start.
Current match schedule is up to date. Sunday match schedule will be posted as we complete current Saturday schedule.

Friday's matches have been cancelled.
ALL players should check their Saturday match times after 9pm tonight for updates due to the cancellation of the Friday schedule.

Monday, July 15 Match Schedules
Monday, July 15 - 3:30pm Finals: G12's, B12's
Monday, July 15 - 5:30pm Finals: B14's and B18's.
Monday, July 15 - 4:00pm Semi Finals: B16's.

Check the draw before leaving for the tournament. There may be last minute changes.

Concurrent Tournaments are not allowed! Be very careful when registering! No player may register for more than one Eastern sanctioned tennis tournament where the scheduled dates overlap unless the officially announced tournament starting dates are at least three days apart. Some very limited exceptions apply Please see our website for details.

Junior Ranking Points: A player's best 6 singles results, and 15% of the best 6 doubles results over a rolling 12 month period are counted towards a player's standing. Information on Rankings and Standings can be found here.

USTA point penalty for cheating/being over-ruled by an official more than two times: a) first offense results in a point penalty b) second offense results in a loss of game c) third offense results in a match default

Withdrawals can be done online before registration closes. Go to the tournament home page and click on "Edit Registration" in the blue bar on the lower left.

Contact Information supplied during online registration (an email and 2 phone numbers) is vital. This is how the tournament director can contact you if necessary.

Code Of Conduct: By registering for this tournament you agree to abide by the Rules & Regulations set forth in the USTA Friend at Court, the USTA Standards of Conduct, as well as the USTA Eastern Section's Rules & Regulations. The rules apply to parents & spectators as well; the player is responsible for their entourage. Poor behavior by the spectators may result in point penalties for the players. Poor personal behavior, bad sportsmanship or any acts detrimental to the game could prevent section endorsement. Checking in: IMPORTANT Please enter the facility through our Indoor Training Center via parking lot B (overflow parking is located west of lot B in the Ashe TV lot OR in Lot D, located east of Lot B, over the bridge and to the left). Initial check-in is at the front desk in the main lobby where you will hand in your Release and Waiver form. Please be advised that a new security protocol is in effect. All guests and players must present an official, government ID with a current picture. Your ID will be scanned and an ID with your picture will be printed. Players will receive a 3 day wristband. Guests will receive a day pass after presenting their photo ID. Thank you for your cooperation.

Food and Beverage: Please visit our Grab and Go Cafe located in the Indoor Training Center next to the Pro Shop.

Please note: Weekday matches are scheduled to begin as early as 3:30pm.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, June 30, 2013 6:15:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
