Brown and Bittner Win Titles
Connor Brown of Campobello won the Boys championship winning all 5 of his matches. Noah Johnston of Anderson was the finalist, winning 4 matches and losing only to Brown 7-5, 7-5. Allie Bittner of Greer won the Girls championship going 4-0 in her matches. Paige Geiger was the finalist losing only to Bittner 7-6, 7-4.

Two Sportsmanship Awards Presented
The Palmetto Championships continued its emphasis on good sportsmanship with two awards following the 8U competition. Andy Ballentine of Newberry received the boys award and Ansley Minnich of Greenville the girls award. Congratulations to all the players on their great play, and even better sportsmanship! Remember....."Great Sports Make A Sport Great!"
