Depending upon the number of entries and court availability, tournament matches may start as EARLY as 5:00pm Friday and 2pm Saturday and Sunday, and tournament matches may be scheduled to start as LATE as 10pm in the BG 16 & 18 divisions which is allowed by USTA regulations (2012 Friend at Court page 98). Players selected for this tournament, hereby, release Sport and Health and its entire staff from any damages or injuries that may arise from the player's participation on this event. The player assume full responsibility for all liability and hold Sport and Health harmless against any such claims.

Due to the need to limit the draw, double entries will not be allowed. Please correct your entries if necessary, or at least notify the TD so that you will not be charged or put into the draw

The format will be best 2 of 3 tie break sets with match tie break in lieu of 3rd set, regular ad scoring will be used. Also, note that depending upon number of entries and court availability the TD may change the format without notice.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, February 26, 2013 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
