Practice Courts
Complimentary practice courts for registered tournament participants will be available on a walk-in basis beginning at 7am until 9am on Monday, June 10th. Thereafter the tournament desk will assist in assigning warm-up courts. If you prefer to reserve a court, regular court fees will apply and can be made up-to-2 days in advance with a valid credit card through our reception desk – 718 760-6200 x0 or online at www.ntc.usta.com.

Player Breakfast and More…
Registered players receive complimentary admission to our Fruit and Yogurt Bar on Monday, June 10th between 8am-noon. Special Feature: On Saturday, June 15th, registered players are invited to our “Taste of Tennis” BBQ from 11am-1:30pm. Player guests may purchase guest tickets for $25pp – inquire at the tournament desk before Tuesday, June 11th.

Mixed Doubles Schedule
Please be advised that the Mixed Doubles matches will begin on Tuesday, June 11.

Entry Deadline
The entry deadline is Thursday, May 30 at 1pm. Entries cannot be accepted after the deadline passes.

Sunday, June 9th - Practice Courts
A limited number of practice courts are available for USONP players with matches on Sunday. Courts are available between 1pm-3pm on a walk on basis. Players must check in with the front desk for a court assignment. Practice time may be limited to 30 minutes with up to 4 players on the court depending on the demand for practice time.

Important Schedule Changes for Tuesday
Due to the uncertainty of the weather for Tuesday, June 11th there have been significant changes in the schedule.
No men's singles matches on Tuesday. Women's Singles start as early as 8:30am - please check the draw sheet for your individual time - rain or shine. Mixed Doubles will also be played rain or shine - check the draw for new times. Thank You!

Checking in: IMPORTANT
Please enter the facility through our Indoor Training Center via parking lot B (overflow parking is located west of lot B in the Ashe TV lot OR in Lot D, located east of Lot B, over the bridge and to the left). Initial check-in is at the front desk in the main lobby where you will hand in your Release and Waiver form. Please be advised that a new security protocol is in effect. All guests and players must present an official, government ID with a current picture. Your ID will be scanned and an ID with your picture will be printed. Players will receive a 3 day wristband. Guests will receive a day pass after presenting their photo ID. Thank you for your cooperation.

Locker Rooms: Men's and Women's locker rooms are located on the 2nd floor of the Indoor Training Center (ITC). Towels are available at the ITC Reception Desk.

Stringing: Stringing services are available on-site in our Full-Service NTC Pro Shop located in the Indoor Training Center's Main Lobby.
|
|
Match Formats: Singles format will be the best of three tie-break sets with regular scoring. Mixed Doubles format will be no-ad scoring with a match tiebreak in lieu of a third set.

Food and Beverage:
Please visit our Grab and Go Cafe located in the Indoor Training Center next to the Pro Shop.

Please Note: It is the player's responsibility to check tennislink for match times and days. This is an outdoor hard court event with indoor back-up in case of prolonged rains. Please check the tournament notes on Tennislink for updates related to weather issues and potential changes in match times.

The tournament director will run a "Lottery Selection Process" via TennisLink within 24 hours after the entry close date which will automatically accept all entries if the total number of entries into the tournament is less than or equal to 256 for men's singles, less than or equal to 256 for women's singles, and less than or equal to 128 teams for mixed Doubles; and, if applicable, less than or equal to 128 teams for men's doubles, and less than or equal to 128 teams for women's doubles. If the total number of entries into the tournament is greater than the above, then the "Lottery Selection Process" will determine accepted entries at random. A player's entry fee will only be processed if he/she is accepted into the tournament. All players accepted into the tournament will receive an email notification via TennisLink indicating as such and will be posted online once the "Lottery Selection Process" is run. All players not accepted into the tournament will receive an email notification via TennisLink indicating as such once the "Lottery Selection Process" is run.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, May 30, 2013 1:00:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
