Rules for Event
Player must play with a racquet no longer than 23 inches. (Racquets will be checked!)
Players must serve the ball out of the air to the diagonal service box.
Matches are first to win 2 out of 3 games to 7, win by 2 points.

The 8 and under tournament will be held on Friday, August 9th. Play will start no earlier than 5 pm.
If play is cancelled due to rain, the tournament will be held on Saturday, August 10th.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, August 6, 2013 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
