GREAT TOURNAMENT
THE TOURNAMENT MAY HAVE BEEN SMALL IN NUMBERS, BUT THE MATCH PLAY WAS AWESOME. A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL PLAYERS, STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS. TALK THE TOURNAMENT UP AND BRING FRIENDS TO PLAY IN 2014. LET'S MAKE THIS TOURNAMENT BIGGER AND BETTER NEXT YEAR.

MEN'S OPEN SINGLES
We have had a withdrawal due to illness in the Men's Open Singles. Please note the update to this draw.

DRAWS/TIMES POSTED
Draws and schedules for Saturday are posted along with the Match Schedule Report. All Avoidances have been considered.
We cannot have any changes. Everyone will be allowed plenty of rest between matches. If you are in a Round Robin please look at all rounds.

SCHEDULES/DRAWS
We have just finished adding and deleting to the tournament. Schedules and draws will be posted Thursday night.

FRIDAY PLAY
There is no Friday play due to all the avoidance requests. The player party scheduled for Friday night has been cancelled.
Tournament committee is planning something Saturday afternoon instead.

Avoidance Request
** Please email avoidance requests to honeycutt@sc.rr.com prior to Monday, April 1st. We will do what we can to work with you but can make no gaurantees. Do not leave voice messages or send emails to other addresses.

Playing Surface
****All divisions will be played on hard courts.****

Play
***** ADULTS *****
* Adults may sign up for a maximum of 2 events.
* Adults may play in 1 Singles and 1 Doubles(or Mixed) or 1 Mixed and 1 Doubles. Cannot play in same event at 2 differant levels.
* Matches will consist of best 2 of 3 sets. This is subject to change in the event of unforseen time delays.
* All divisions will be seeded using the latest available information.

Balls
*Wilson US Open balls will be used - new balls for 3rd set.
|
|
Amenities
* Water and Gatorade (Provided by Pepsi) will be available during matches at each site.
* Player Party Friday evening.
* Lunch will be provided for all participants on Saturday.
* Each participant will receive a player gift.
* Trophies for Champion and Finalist in all divisions except Open Singles. Open Singles Champion will get $200.
