Just want to let everyone know that we will be serving Lunch on Saturday around NOON. Pasta will be on the menu!!

Times are posted on draws for all Friday and Saturday matches. Match Times for Sunday will be posted on Draws on Saturday Afternoon. We have a warm-up court available on CLAY for those wishing to warm up prior to match. We will have a 5 minute warm up ONLY! Please note Refs will enforce warm-up rule. So please use the warm up court if you need it or arrive to the facility early if you have one of the first matches of the day and you can use the hard court until the tournament starts. POINT PENALTY FOR TARDINESS: We do our best to run a punctual tournament Pleae note that latesness will result in games lost and possible match default. Please check-in 20 minutes prior to the start time of your match so that you can be on court at the match start time. All 3.0 DIVSIONS AND 3.5 DOUBLES DIVISIONS WILL BE PLAYED ON CLAY COURTS. CHECK THIS SITE OFTEN FOR UPDATES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION.

Please note there are no refunds once registration closes. The tournament incurs certain expenses to prepare for this event. Players can withdraw prior to the close of registration and receive a refund. If you have entered and have to withdraw from the tournament after the close of registration, you may still request your Tournament T-shirt. Thanks for your understanding.

This NTRP/Open tournament allows you to accrue Georgia ranking/standing points that maximize your opportunity to play in the Georgia State NTRP Championships. All eligible Georgia players are encouraged to register for these tournaments. Sanctioned NTRP tournaments will now count toward s player’s “computer” rating at year-end (used for league play) and NTRP tournament-only players will generate a tournament exclusive (‘T’) rating after playing 3 or more tournament matches.

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 1-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.
