BG10's IN THE MIDWEST SECTION
All BG10 Level 7 and higher events will play on a regulation size
tennis court but will be using the Green Dot Ball. In addition, the
scoring format will always be two out of three sets with a Match
Tiebreak in lieu of the third set. The Green Ball is 25 % slower
and lower bouncing than the Yellow Ball. This helps players to
continue to develop good technique, movement, as well as implement
advanced tactics. The Midwest Section recommends this stage for
training and it is required in all Level 1-6 tournaments in the
USTA/Midwest Section Points Per Round Program.
Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Monday, June 03, 2013 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
In the future, you can jump straight to this tournament by entering the tournament identification number: 855414913 from the searchable schedule homepage.
