Only the 32 players accepted in the singles will play doubles. If you need a partner, please contact the tournament director. We will accept doubles entries during the player check-in. The doubles draws will be posted on Saturday morning. If you need a partner, please contact the tournament director.

Pre-tournament workouts will be available for any intereseted players on Friday, February 15th. The times will be: 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and/or 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Cost will be $15.00 per player. Contact the tournament director to sign up.

We will have a player check-in on Friday, February 15th from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Bloomington Country Club Tennis Center for all players who can make it. Please check in if you can, but it is not mandatory.

Sports photographers from Canvas Art.com will be taking match photos at the tournament this year (with parent's consent). Sequential shots include forehand, backhand, and service motions - great for posterity and coaching review. Each set consists of 12-20 hi-resolution photos suitable for enlargement to virtually any size. Cost for photos booked at the event is $49.95 (regular price is $99.95). Action Photo Posters (using multiple photos to create a collage artwork) are also available for $199.00. The singles draws will be posted by Wednesday, February 13th.

Play begins on Saturday, February 16th and ends with the final singles matches on Tuesday, February 19th.

Be sure to mention "Sweetheart Circuit Tennis Tournament" to get a better rate. Reservation cut-off date is January 18, 2013.

The tournament officials will be Jim Lyden, Terrence Aldredge, and Gloria Gish.

The tournament will be played at the Bloomington Country Club (BCC), Tonaquint Park (TP), Green Valley Resort (GV),and Desert Hills High School (DHHS). Maps will be available by fax upon request and at check-in.

Going south on I-15: Exit Brigham Road (exit #4), right at roundabout, exit roundabout on Pioneer Road, south to Man-O-War Road, go right travelling west, over bridge to Bloomington Drive, right on Bloomington Drive 200 feet left into club parking lot. Going north on I-15: Exit Brigham Road (exit #4), right at roundabout, go under freeway then right on second roundabout, exit roundabout on Pioneer Road, south to Man-O-War Road, go right travelling west over bridge to Bloomington Drive, right on Bloomington Drive, 200 feet left into club parking lot.

Our host resort is the Cheyenne Mountain Resort, located just up the hill from the Country Club of Colorado. There are an extremely limited number of rooms available for $169 per night. Please call (719) 538-4000 and ask for Erika Ward and indicate you are playing in the tournament.
