Tournament TShirts
We ran out of smaller sized T-shirt last evening. We are ordering more Adult Smalls and Adult Mediums. They will arrive by Wednesday of next week. If you received a shirt already and would like to replace it with a different size, please bring in your original shirt after Wednesday of next week and we will happily replace it. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Typo
We apologize. There was a typo in one of the messages last night. It was written that Friday night matches were cancelled. We meant that Thursday night matches were cancelled due to the rain. Matches have been rescheduled and we are on for tonight. Again we apologize for the miscommunication.

Friday Matches Cancelled
Due to the rain all Friday evening matches are cancelled. Please disregard all times that have been previously posted. We will post new times tonight by 10:00pm. You may find your new match time by clicking on the link above that reads "Future Match Info Report" by 10:00pm. We will also post new times on the draws which can be found by clicking on "Draws".

Amenities
Dinner will be provided on Thursday night by Robolli's Italian Bar and Grill and Friday night by El Alazon Mexican Restaraunt. Breakfast will be provided Saturday morning by Kim's Donuts and deli sandwiches and fruit will be provided on Saturday for lunch.

This NTRP/Open tournament allows you to accrue Georgia ranking/standing points that maximize your opportunity to play in the Georgia State NTRP Championships. All eligible Georgia players are encouraged to register for these tournaments. Sanctioned
NTRP tournaments will now count toward s player’s “computer” rating at year-end
(used for league play) and NTRP tournament-only players will generate a
tournament exclusive (‘T’) rating after playing 3 or more tournament matches.

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 1-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, September 8, 2013 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
