from Atlanta: (approximately 50 miles) travel i-20 west to exit 24 (hwy. 61)-at the traffic light turn left and go across the bridge onto hwy. 61 south. travel approximately 12 miles to the intersection of hwy. 61 & 166 by pass - turn left on the 166 by pass at the traffic light. (this is 166 west, past the movie theater, ford dealership, and longhorn steakhouse, not 166 east which you will pass first) travel approximately 6 miles on the 166 by pass till it dead ends into maple street – at the traffic light turn right onto maple street – travel approximately 1 mile on maple street – turn right onto club drive at the sunset hills country club sign. (across from the university of West Georgia). Continue traveling on club drive to the stop sign - turn right at the stop sign onto west club drive - the club house is on the left.

Tournament balls
Boys/Girls 14-18's will use Pro Penn balls. Boys/Girls 12 & Under divisions will use Penn stage 1 green/green dot balls. Boys/Girls 10s will use Penn stage 2 balls Orange/green.

Scoring format
All boys/girls 12-18's matches will be two sets with a match tie-break (10 point tie-break) in lieu of a third set. All 10's matches will be two short sets (sets to 4 games). If sets reach 3-3 you must win by two games, example: 5-3. If sets reach 4-4 a set tie-break will be played. (7 point tie-break). If the players split sets then a 10 point tie-break will be played in lieu of a third set. This is in accordance with USTA Georgia regulations.

Withdraw policy
If you need to withdraw from the tournament for any reason before the tournament deadline please go back and edit your registration in the tennislink system, it's the same place you signed up on-line. This will ensure you receive a full refund of your entry fee. There are no refunds given after after the tournament entry deadline.

Weather policy
In the event of inclement weather and you do not play any matches in this tournament you are entitled to a 3/4 credit toward a future Sunset Hills Tournament. If a player would like a refund, you are entitled to a refund of your entry fee less $10.00. Please understand that tournaments have fixed costs which include: Trophies, T-shirts, Balls, USTA Referees, and many other costs that we must cover. The TennisLink portion of your entry fee is non-refundable in accordance with USTA policy. If you do complete a match there is no refund/credit. Thank you for your understanding.

GEORGIA LEVEL 4 TOURNAMENT. Boys/Girls 12 & Under divisions
will use stage 1 green/green dot balls on a 78' court for Level 4
& 5 tournaments. Boys/Girls 10s MUST play all matches on a 60'
court with a 25" racket and use low compression balls.FIC through
Quarterfinals. 3rd and 4th place playoffs. Some consolations may
not finish. Additional sites may be used. Awards to winner,
finalist, consolation winner and consolation finalist of each
event. Scoring format - Main Draw - 2 sets with 3rd set match
tie-break. (10-point). Consolation Draw - 2 sets with 3rd set match
tie-break. (10-point) Scoring may be changed due to inclement
weather. CHAMPIONSHIP - Open to all players regardless of
ranking.

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 1-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, September 10, 2013 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
