IMPORTANT!
Due to a new policy from the USTA's legal department, tournament
directors will no longer have access to phone numbers and email
addresses of the tournament participants unless the player
re-enters their contact information at time of event registration.
This means that if a player does not enter their phone and email
information each time they register for a tournament, the
tournament director cannot contact them for any reason, including
withdrawals, defaults, byes, rain delays, etc. Your cooperation
will ensure that tournaments can continue to communicate necessary

You may email me your name and your doubles partner's name. Only
email me CONFIRMED doubles pairings (you and your partner agree to
play together).
If you enter online and do not put in your doubles partner's USTA#
it WILL NOT match you up. Please help in making the doubles
matchups a smooth process. You are only guaranteed to play doubles
if you sign up with a partner (and they do not withdraw).
For all players that signed-up for singles but would like to play
doubles and need a partner, just email me! I can do my best to find

SOUTHWEST MANDATORY DRESS CODE
All players are required to wear appropriate tennis attire. Cut off
shorts, bare midriffs, compression shorts & tights (alone), or
any other attire that is simply recreational and not tennis
oriented is not acceptable.
DIVISIONS ARE FLIGHTED
This tournament may be flighted into Gold and Silver flights based
on number of entrants. Only the Gold flight counts for national
ranking points. There will be a modified feed-in consolation draw
(QCONS) for draws of 17 or more.
THANKSGIVING FACILITY HOURS
Reffkin Tennis Center will be OPEN for FREE Open Hitting On Thurs.
