Tournament Admin Error - G16s
Due to a recently discovered error within the tournament software, a registered TennisLink player was omitted from the main draw. In order to correct this error adjustments were made to the qualifying and main draws. The USTA Eastern Section eliminated a qualifiing spot to rectify the mistake, by making the qualifier a draw of 12. Please check the draws as your matches may have changed during this process. Concurrent Tournaments are not allowed! Be very careful when registering! No player may register for more than one Eastern sanctioned tennis tournament where the scheduled dates overlap unless the officially announced tournament starting dates are at least three days apart. Junior Ranking Points: A player's best 6 singles results, and 15% of the best 6 doubles results over a rolling 12 month period are counted towards a player's standing. Information on Rankings and Standings can be found here.

USTA point penalty for cheating/being over-ruled by an official more than two times: a) first offense results in a point penalty b) second offense results in a loss of game c) third offense results in a match default

Withdrawals can be done online before registration closes. Go to the tournament home page and click on "Edit Registration" in the blue bar on the lower left.

Minimum Endorsement Requirement
A player needs to retire and/or play a match in order for the tournament to count
for endorsement purposes. A player who has not hit or received a
single ball, cannot be viewed as having participated in the tournament.

Registration Close Date is Monday.
|
No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Monday, January 14, 2013 1:00:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
