Today's matches were cancelled. On Sunday, consolation will be played, but the "First Match Off" Method will be used in consolation. By 6 pm this evening there will be updated draws so that you can find you times. Playing sites will remain the same for Sunday. If you have any questions don't hesitate to call 713 504 5475.

Recovery Rule - Effective Immediately
USTA has mandated that all full two out of three set singles matches shall offer a minimum rest period of two hours. A minimum rest period of two hours is not required for matches using shortened formats, matches using 10-point match tiebreaks in lieu of third set, and all 10 & Under tennis formats.
Super Champ Major Zone "B" Draws (Main & Consolation Draw) will use a 10-point match tiebreak in lieu of a third set.
Champ Major Zones (Main Draw) will use a 10-point match tiebreak in lieu of a third set through the quarterfinal round. Semifinals and finals will play a full two out of three set match.
Junior Other Tournaments: Depending on draw size the Tournament Director and / or Referee will determine the appropriate match format.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, September 11, 2013 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
