* Those players who are not selected to play will be placed on a TOURNAMENT ALTERNATE LIST (NOT your district list) generated by the Midwest office using comparisons of all alternates from all districts that will be used to fill spots if there are withdrawals from the tournament.

ALL PLAYERS MUST REGISTER FOR DOUBLE TO BE INCLUDED IN THE DOUBLES DRAW, EVEN IF YOUR PARTNER HAS ENTERED YOUR NAME WITH**BEFORE THE DEADLINE, BOTH PLAYERS MUST REGISTER FOR DOUBLES ON-LINE, WITH THEIR PARTNER'S USTA# SPECIFIED.
If BOTH players entered on line prior to the singles deadline with eacn other -Do not email your entry for doubles.
** AFTER THE DEADLINE and prior to 3:00 pm, June 6, 2017 , DOUBLES ENTRIES WITH PARTNER, his usta #, GENDER AND AGE DIVISION MAY BE EMAILED TO: swakefield.indy@comcast.net.
Players may request a partner be assigned by lot if one is available, but must play with whoever they are assigned, or face suspension points.

Seeding for All Singles Events: Players will be seeded based on the most current
USTA/Midwest Section Standing List in the division of the event.
SELECTION OF PLAYERS:
Limit 64 singles players in the draw for B 18, B 16, G 16, G18:
1. Eight (8) players from the top 100 of
the most current USTA/Midwest Section Standing List in next lower division;
2. 56 players from the most current USTA/Midwest
Section Standing List in the current age division of the event;
Remaining vacancies and/or alternates
will be selected from the USTA/Midwest Section Standing List in the division of
the event.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Friday, June 14, 2013 11:59:00 PM Indiana Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
