The rain that is falling today is expected to end later today and will have little or no effect on tomorrow’s schedule. However, in case the rain does not end as forecast, we will post any needed schedule changes on this website. There are eight playing sites on Saturday, September 20. All players should check their playing time and site before mistakenly driving to High Point Tennis Center. Most players will play at another site—please check it closely ahead of time. Players should go directly to their site—there is no need to check in at High Point unless you are scheduled to play there. Please arrive at your site at least 30 minutes before your match time. On Sunday, September 20, there will be only three playing sites. If a player advances to Sunday play, he should double check his playing site and time again on Saturday night (on this website). There will be heavy traffic and a few blocked streets in the Collin College and Oak Point Park area (Spring Creek and Jupiter) on Saturday and Sunday. Players and parents travelling to Plano East Senior High are advised to avoid this area.

Central Expressway North (from Dallas) to Exit 31 (Spring Creek Pkwy), go left under the highway and stay on Spring Creek for about ½ mile. Tennis Center is on the right side.

Central Expressway North (from Dallas) to Exchange Parkway (Exit 36). Take Exchange Parkway east about ¾ mile and turn right on Rivercrest. Courts are about ½ mile on right.

Central Expressway North (from Dallas) to George Bush Tollway, go West to the North Dallas Tollway, then South and exit Frankford/Trinity Mills/Westgrove, then turn left on Westgrove. At 4 way stop, turn left on Knoll Trail. Go about ½ mile to Tennis Trail and turn right immediately after Village street.

Central Expressway North (from Dallas) to Exit 31 (Spring Creek Pkwy), go left under the highway and stay on Spring Creek for about ½ mile. Tennis Center is on the right side.

Central Expressway North (from Dallas) to McDermott (exit 34). Go East on McDermott (right). Once you cross over Greenville (Hwy. 5), go approx. 3.5 miles. High School will be on the left hand side.

Central Expressway North (from Dallas) to Exit 28 (Plano Parkway). Take Plano Parkway east and turn left onto Los Rios Blvd. Los Rios Blvd. dead-ends into Plano East Senior High School. Plano East is at the corner of Los Rios Blvd. and San Gabriel. Courts are on the northeast corner of the campus.

Central Expressway North (from Dallas) to Exit 29 (15th Street, Whitsitt Pkwy, FM 544). Go left under highway (west). Stay on 15th Street until Custer Road. Turn right on Custer and left on Park Blvd. High School is on right side. Entrance to court is on Park Blvd.

Central Expressway North (from Dallas) to Exit 30 (Parker Road). Take Parker Road West. Plano West is between Preston Road and the Dallas Tollway.

From Hwy. 75 (Central), Exit Campbell Road. Go west and go to University Parkway. Turn right and go to Lookout Drive. Turn left on West Drive (should be a round-a-bout). Park in Lot J which is on the left. Tennis courts set on the southside of basketball courts. ***PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE BRAND NEW COURTS***

Boys' & Girls' 10 Orange & Green Ball Regulation Boys' & Girls' 12-18 ZAT - Two-out-of-three sets with a 10 point match tiebreaker in lieu of the 3rd set with no-ad scoring. Boys' & Girls' 12-18 Champs - Two-out-of three sets with a 10 point match tiebreaker in lieu of the 3rd set with ad scoring. Boys' & Girls' 12-18 Super-Champs - Two-out-of-three sets with a 10 point match tiebreaker in lieu of the 3rd set with ad scoring Consolation rounds will be determined by First Match Loser Consolation.

We appreciate all players’ participation in this event. As you may know, the tourney benefits the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders at Children's Medical Center of Dallas. By playing in the tourney, your child will be helping other children facing serious medical issues. If your child chooses to raise funds as well, he or she can earn valuable prizes such as shoes and racquets from Babolat, Head, and Wilson and even scholarships for Newk's Tennis Ranch summer camps. Our goal is for each player to raise $100 or more. By doing so, he/she will receive a Six Flags pass and well as a tournament survival kit. There is still time to raise funds and earn prizes! New 10 & Under Regulation - Other Junior Tournaments

Starting on January 1, 2012, 10s will offer 10 & Under Orange Ball Division (orange ball, 60 foot court and 25 inch racquet) and 10 & Under Green Ball Division (green dot ball, 78 foot court and 27 inch racquet).
