Practice Courts
Due to the RC Indoor Court's resurfacing schedule (and the loss of our singles only court) there will be less availability for indoor court practice times after 8am each morning of play. The tournament will still supply some indoor practice court time at no charge. Please check with the Tournament Desk each day for the indoor practice court's schedule and you must sign up in person for an indoor practice court time. (Remember there is 4 to a court for a 30 minute increment and no coaches allowed after 8am).
Practice Court Availability:
Friday- All courts open for practice 6-8AM -- 1 Court Open 8-930AM and 1 Court Open 1030-2PM
Saturday- All courts open for practice 6-8AM ***NO COURTS AVAILABLE AFTER 8AM***
Sunday- All courts open for practice 6-8AM-- 1 Court Open 8-2PM
Monday-- All courts open for practice 6-8AM-- 1 Court Open 8-11AM

MEN'S WILDCARD AVAILABLE TO U.S. NATIONAL INDOOR CHAMPIONSHIPS
The winner of the Men's singles event will receive a Wildcard for the Pro Tournament in February. This year the men's pro tournament in February will be a level 250 event. Take advantage of this rare opportunity to play in a professional tournaments against world class players.

DOUBLES DEADLINE
The doubles deadline will be noon on Dec. 27th. Please let Jordan Smith know if you would like to play doubles and confirm your partner before this time via email jsmith@racquetclubofmemphis.com DOUBLES WILL BE PLAYED ON DEC.27th! NOT BEFORE 5PM

DOOR PRIZES!!!!!!!
New to this year, we will be giving out a variety of door prizes during the course of the tournament. Door prizes will be given out at check-in, player of the day, and sportsmanship of the day.

PLAYER CHECK-IN
There will still be a player check-in on Thursday Dec. 26th from 5-7 P.M. in the Galleria- located thru the lobby just past the Pro-Shop, however check-in is not mandatory. If you can not make check-in on Dec. 26th please come 30 minutes before your published online time. Please note matches will start at 8AM on Dec. 27th. If you miss check-in, it is your responsibility to find your match time and times can change until 7pm Dec 26th.

TOURNAMENT STRINGING
Stringing is available in Pro Shop beginning Monday, Dec. 26th - Friday Dec. 30th-- players participating in the tournament will receive a $5.00 discount for labor on stringing.

PRO SHOP DISCOUNTS
There will be a discount on Pro Shop merchandise throughout the entire event.

MIXED DOUBLES
BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND WE WILL HAVE A MIXED DOUBLES EVENT. Contact Jordan Smith by noon on Dec. 27th to sign up for the mixed doubles event.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, December 22, 2013 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
