Check-in is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 4, from 5:00-8:00pm at Midland College Tennis Center.
At check-in, players will receive Chamber of Commerce packet, tournament t-shirt, meal voucher to Subway Sandwiches, draw and sitemap. Players will also turn in medical waivers and tracking reports at this time. (We will have extra copies available of both forms.) Withdrawal from Tournament
To withdraw, immediately email the TD, Lance Armstrong at firstname.lastname@example.org. Players may also be required to follow written verification guidelines for a withdrawal for injury/ illness (requires written verification from a medical professional) or for personal circumstance (player must deliver a written explanation of the situation), if the player wishes to avoid being levied USTA Suspension Points. No refunds after deadline.
Required Forms for Check-in:
1.) Medical Release Form is required from EACH tournament player at check-in. Medical Release
2.) Chamber of Commerce Tracking Report is also required from EACH tournament player, as well. Midland's Visitors Bureau has graciously arranged for the special hotel rate for this tournament. They have asked us to gather hotel info to ensure the hotels are honoring that commitment and that the players are benefitting from this arrangement! Tracking Report

Main Draw: Two-out-of-three sets with deciding 10 point match tiebreak, ad scoring, mandatory 3 minute break before 10-point tiebreak thru the quarters. Semi and Finals will play a full two-out-of-three sets, ad scoring, mandatory 10 minute rest period during which no player shall practice before 3rd set.
Consolation Draw: Consolation rounds will be determined by "First Off" Method. Two-out-of-three sets with deciding 10 point match tiebreak, ad scoring, mandatory 3 minute break before 10-point tiebreak through the finals.
