SUNDAY,DISREGARD THE DRAW POSTINGS we will use two sites to ensure that we are able to play as many matches to completion as possible. We are grateful that Longcreek Plantation has allowed us the use of their covered courts tomorrow until 1 pm. We will also plan to use the five clay courts at Rockbridge Club. Please review carefully the information below so that you will know where and what time to report to your site for play. Plan your travel so that you will arrive on time.

DISREGARD THE DRAW POSTINGS BOYS 16s and 18s will be played at LONGCREEK PLANTATION and PLAY WILL BEGIN at 11:30 am (15 minutes away from main site). The physical address of the courts: 730 Longtown Road in Blythwood. We are in the process of updating times on the web. Times should be up by 10 am.
DIRECTIONS: from Rockbridge Club (4135 Rockbridge Rd). Take I-77 North to exit 22 (Killian Road). Right off ramp onto Killiian Rd. Road name will change to Clemson Rd. LEFT on Longtown Rd (Zaxby's). Take a left when the road ends. Courts are 1/2 mi. on left.
YOUR MATCH TIME WILL BE 1.5 HRS LATER THAN POSTED ON THE WEB BOYS 16s/18s ONLY).

WELCOME TO THE ROCKBRIDGE JUNIOR TENNIS CLASSIC!
This event is a great warm up and points opportunity for the Palmetto Championships in Belton!
Players will receive a 2 match minimum, tournament t-shirt, meals Saturday and Sunday. Lunch Saturday will be from Chick-fila.
Awards will be given from Main Draw winners/runners-up and Consolation Winners.

CHANGES IN DRAWS B10 / G14 SINGLES AND B14 DOUBLE
Girls 14s and B10, please check match times as they have changed. No Friday play for G14 or B10 and a few changes in Saturday times. B14D WILL play on FRIDAY. I hope involved players will not be inconvenienced by any changes that needed to be made. Contact Referee with questiions.

PLAYERS, VERIFY YOUR MATCH TIMES
Match times are subject to change players are responsible for checking their next match time immediately after their match. Players (not Parents), it is YOUR responsibility to know WHAT TIME you play. LATENESS PENALTIES will be assessed for late arrivals. You are encouraged to check in at your match site 30 minutes prior to match time and plan for any possible travel delays.

ENTRIES ARE CLOSED.
Please understand that the deadline was last Sunday at 11:59 pm. If you were not able to get in this time, please inform yourselves of the deadlines and USTA-SC regulations well in advance of the deadline for future events. We appreciate your understanding how important the deadlines are for us to be able to prepare the seedings, draws, and scheduling, and the scheduling requests we receive, in time for player arrival on Friday. 10Us Orange Ball Format
Boys/Girl's 10s divisions will use the Wilson Orange Ball, 60 ft courts, and all players must use a racket that is 25" or shorter (all rackets will be measured at check-in).
10's Scoring:Singles shall be the best of 2 short sets (first to 4 and win by 2), with a set tiebreak (first to seven (7) by 2 at 4-4 in each set. At one set all, a set tiebreak (first to 7 and win by 2) shall be played. REGULAR SCORING. One (1) hour rest between matches.

DRAWS and FORMAT
LIMITED DRAW: ALL Boys and Girls 12s-18s will be limited to a draw size of 32. 10Us will be limited to a draw size of 16.
FORMAT: All singles will be best 2 out of 3 sets with a match tie break in lieu of a 3rd set.

WITHDRAWALS
All withdrawals must be sent IN WRITING to the Referee: SESWANSON@SC.RR.COM. Please state the following: Players name, age division, reason for the withdrawal and contact phone numbers. Withdrawals during the tournament need to be in writing and also made immediately to the Referee IN PERSON, so we may contact your opponent as soon as possible. If this procedure is not followed, then it will be recorded as a default/ no show and suspension points will be issued.
