Draws will be posted early Thursday morning. First round matches will start by 8:30 this includes the 8 & UNDERS

RESCHEDULED DATE
This tournament has been moved to JUNE 1st. If you are not already registered and would like to sign up, you will need to contact JO CAHI at the above tournament director information details. Likewise if you can not play and need to withdraw from the tournament please also contact Jo directly.

Due to the weather forecarst we will have to cancel the tournament. Hope to reschedule for June 1st. Will confirm.

WEATHER
Courts are wet. Play will definitely be DELAYED and not start before 10am. Please check back as we will update further.

MATCH TIMES
Draws have been posted but please NOTE that other than the 8:30 matches times ALL other times are ESTIMATES. Please try to be at the site 15-30 minutes before your estimated time, that way if courts open up we can keep the matches going on on time. THANK YOU for your assistance with this.
DOUBLES are scheduled for 1pm but again that may flex depending on players needing rest and lunch after multiple morning matches.
All FINALS including consolation finals will be played AFTER the doubles is completed.

Scoring format
10 & Unders will play 2/3, 4 game sets with a 7 point tie-break for the 3rd set. All games will be no-ad scoring. Doubles will be a 6 game set.
8 & Unders play 2/3, 7 point tie break games

Surface type
10 & Under matches will be played on both hard and clay court surfaces. 8 & Under matches will all be hard court

Awards
Awards will be given to Singles Champions and Runners-Up and Doubles Champions
|

One Day Event
Play will begin for 10 & under matches at 8:30 AM. All players will play at least 2 matches. 8 & under matches will start at 9am and likely be round robin format. Times and draws will be posted on Thursday evening 2nd May

South Carolina Tournament Level-5 Rising Stars: All parents must complete the "Parenting My Champion" sportsmanship video before their player participates in this level tournament.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, May 1, 2013 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
