TLC Fall Open- SC L4

All but the 3.0 men divisions were cancelled this weekend. There will be no player partyu Friday night. If you were registered I will refind your entry fees so please be sure to confirm a mailing address to send out. Thanks.

Please note that entries will remain open until Wednesday night the 6th NOV. If tennislink has not made the change and it closes on Monday then please email me directly at cjothepro@aol.com to register.

TLC will host a player party for the tournament players on Friday night at 6pm -7:30pm. Drinks and light snacks will be provided.

All participants will receive a tournament T-Shirt. Please enter your T-Shirt size when registering (or email Jo) so we can attempt to get all players their proper sizes.

Draws will be posted no later than 5pm on Thursday 7th November.

Draws with 3 teams will play a round robin format. All others will play a First Match Losers Consolation

All matches will be best 2 out 3 sets with 3rd set 10 Point Match Tiebreak

Awards will be given to the champions of each division!

The Host site will be TennisClub of the Low Country at Rose Hill. Located inside Rose Hill Subdivision on the Golf Course side. When entering inform the guards at the gate you are going to the tennis club. The facility features 6 clay courts, 3 lighted for night play. 1650 sq. foot clubhouse including locker rooms with shower and locker facilities.

We will use other sites within 1.5 miles of the club as necessary. We will provide directions for those that need them.

For those players coming from out of town we have secured special rates just for tournament players at area hotels. The Comfort Suites in Bluffton is offering a price of $69.99 per night.
