Registration and check in is at the Roy Barth Tennis Center starting Friday morning at 8am. Please register prior to your first match.

The tournament headquarters is the Roy Barth Tennis Center located at 2 Sanctuary Beach Dr, 29455. It is indicated on the draw sheets as RBTC. The West Beach Tennis Club (WEST) is located in the West Beach Village on Kiawah Island. To get to West Beach, take the first right once you get through the main security gate on Kiawah and then a left at the stopsign. You will see the West Beach Tennis Club on the left next to the pool.

Special accommodation rates for scenic one, two, or three bedroom villas are available. One bedroom villas are $155/night, two bedroom villas are $185/night, and three bedroom villas are $205/night. Rates are based on availability of villas and are subject to a 12.5% tax and an 8% service fee. We are offering Men's Singles and Doubles: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, and Open. Women's Singles and Doubles: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 and Open. Senior Men's Doubles (over 50 years old): 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5. Senior Women's Doubles (Over 50 years old): 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5. Adult Mixed Doubles divisions include combined 5.0, 6.0, 7.0, 8.0, and 9.0. Senior Mixed Doubles divisions include combined 6.0, 7.0, and 8.0. Each player is allowed to play in THREE divisions. You may play in a singles event and a doubles event or singles and mixed or doubles and mixed or two doubles events. Players MAY NOT play two mixed doubles events. Singles will be SINGLE ELIMINATION and will start FRIDAY MORNING. You could play two singles matches on FRIDAY and doubles or mixed in the afternoon.

All main draw matches and consolation will be 2 out of 3 sets with a 10 point match tiebreak for the third set. There will be a First Match Losers Consolation for all DOUBLES AND MIXED divisions. SINGLES WILL BE SINGLE ELIMINATION.

Tournament Dinner/Auction Saturday evening 6:00-9:00pm: Dinner and silent auction $50 charge for non playing spouses and guests.

A silent auction will be held on Saturday evening during the dinner.. Some of the auction items include, a Sanctuary package featuring a 3 night stay in an ocean front suite and dinner for two in the Ocean Room, a foursome for golf at The OCEAN COURSE including lunch at the Ryder Cup Bar, up to a 3 bedroom ocean view villa for three nights at Kiawah and dinner forTWO at Tomasso's, Private wine tasting for 20 people, hotel packages, and many more items...!

Daily-- 8:00-10:30: Coffee, juice, Danish, and fruit will be served at the Roy Barth Tennis Club. Daily—Sports drinks, soft drinks, water, and beer will be available daily at the club at no charge.
