State Open & Closed Championships and all Level 3 & 4 State Tournaments
State Championships
Singles Seeding Criteria:
State Level 3 & 4 Tournaments Seeding Criteria:
Computerized seeding shall be done using the results from the most recently published
USTA SC
Combined Standings Lists
of the division in the order in which the players appear on the list. A
player may also be considered for seeding if he/she meets the following criteria:

Players who have a standing in the next younger age division
may be seeded
in any
group of seeds if they are in the
top
15
of the most recently published USTA SC
Combined Standings Lists or
up to 50
of the most recently published USTA
Southern
Combined Standing Lists of any younger age division.
•
Southern Standing in the top 300 –
may be given
consideration for seeding.
•
National Standing in the top 400 –
may be given
consideration for seeding

Match Times
Matches will begin Friday, November 29th at 8am.

Inclement Weather
In the event of inclement weather, the referee has the discretion to change sites and use alternate scoring.

Lunch
Lunch will be provided for all players on Friday and Saturday at noon
|

Withdrawals
If you need to withdraw before entries close, you must do so online. Click on Edit Registration, then Withdraw. You will need your original confirmation number. Players withdrawing after the tournament deadline will not be refunded the entry fee.

MEDICAL RELEASE FORM
USTA requires a medical release SIGNED BY THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN for every player prior to their first match. Please download, complete, and bring signed form to expedite player check-in. Turn in the release at the tournament check-in desk.
